Well, I may be the one against the current but I hated it... The fact that's the biggest collection of uglies really made difficult to concentrate on characters and story. I don't mean to be insulting anybody but as an actor you put your face out there, so contrary opinions are going to happen. The boyfriend or second ML ... ffs, you have to have an stomach of cement to think of kissing...yikes ... and the rest is not much better apart from the main FL, she was indeed very good. Together with her, the second FL also portrayed very well the character' twisted mind. I know what people is gonna say about japanese culture and all that, but I would have appreciated a bit of showing of affection btw the main leads... She's calling him director until 10 mins before the end!! I don't mean get close like glued from ep 3 but comm'on. Korean version is not much liked from comments below, but I did waaaay better than this one. Got faults too but my goodness at least the visuals were good!. After watching the korean version... my PERSONAL advice... don't bother.

So far hard to even finish the 1st ep. Than actor always smiling regardless of the circumstances is getting old fast and super annoying... sorry but I don't like his acting at all.

I have to agree with some of the comments here. I too think that this drama it's a bit on the slow side of things... it doesn't need to be a "wham, bham, thank you mam" kind of thing ... but a bit of less scenes with nothing, and I mean nothing, happening would not have hurt the production. Apart from that, enjoying the mix of love, superstitions, mystery and amazing visuals of the MLs. And let's be honest, that NC scene was scorching hot!! lol!! Billy in that robe should be restricted to just the strongest followers of good BL films such as myself and maybe Ms Sere .... he, he, he...

Fair enough is not the best thing out there, everything is exaggerated and at times nonsensical, but it's not the worst either... visuals are great, production and OST are very good too and acting is also good apart, in my personal opinion, of Tongtong/chet, that only seems to know how to shout for every emotion, however, even him is super cute. The MLs are getting better and better, as they get older and more mature. Also to note is the fact that thai guys are a breed apart... full of bullet holes and even stabbed and they keep going like the alkaline batteries! All in all, I don't regret watching it at all.

Hope it improves 'cos not liking it that much... that Nut actor is just not up to the job but maybe it's just that his expressions always with the mouth hanging out open at every turn, really annoys me. Also, Win knows Nut is going to die of what I assume some kind of head tumor and at the first sign of an issue, he kind of acts like there's nothing wtf? Second time finally goes to the doctor but I would expect a much more forceful actions if I know what was going on and was trying to avoid it!

I don't believe this is going to be one of those heavy dramas that you love. This one will have some issues, yes (Dech father situation, prince attraction, grandmother forced wedding, nasty fiancee) but nothing too heavy. Prob you should give it a pass and only watch if really nothing else takes you fancy. For my part, I'm loving it! Love both couples and cannot wait for next chapter. But I prefer light drama to a very heavy one.

Read the book and there are 2 parts ...one is the one we already saw, and the 2nd part is happening when he's translocated (?) to the Siam of the XII century or so. I believe there's even a trailer.

com'on my friend, have you watched it? they all look so funny you cannot take the character seriously. If you have not watched it, you should if anything else just out of curiosity like I did :-)

As bad and cliché as it can be... and on top of that ,someone gets raped and there are no consequences at all...??? what the hell! That should put everybody off of this piece of rubbish It appears to have an open ending and I pray there's not gonna be a S2 tbh. Prob not as if I read correctly actors is suing the production company for lack of payment. As usual the ones to put the work are the last ones to benefit. My advice, don't waste your time. Oh! almost forgot... first time I saw a bum in the raw in a thai production, so that's that lol!

why oh why there's still no news of S2??? I thought it had even started to film! I hate when producers leave good stories like this one half finished, hate it!!

From beginning to end just how a properly done BL should be. Perfection all around. Good script, good production, amazing acting, great visuals... all of it, just perfect. Personally, actors of this age range should be the only ones making these movies and not those ones that seem to be just out of puberty. I just cannot watch those, sooo cringeworthy. Give me a perfect bod and better skin... filter? makeup? whatever... just give me a couple of men at the cusp of their manhood... if I want to see pimpled guys, I just get out in the streets. No realistic, don't give a damn, I want perfection and here you have it. Got just the right amount of sexiness and excitement with a pinch of action and it doesn't rely on lots of NC scenes to keep you hooked. Their story develops softly and sweetly but never boring. When they were together I kept smiling and thinking how lovely they were and how I hoped they would get their happy ending. So glad they did. Totally recommended and for sure one of the best ones of 2025. I for sure will be watch again .... and probably again.

It's just me or someone else out there also think that what happened is well deserved. Everybody criticized Wang Shuo when he wasn't around and warned against him... as soon as he's back , knowing that he's toxic as they come, knowing that probably is going to mess with everybody's lives... all of them, all, let him do as he pleases! The little doc opens his door to him and allow him to stay at his house and tell whatever lies he wants. Wang Shuo knows that he's gonna go later and tell all to Wei Wei... Chi Cheng and Guo Cheng, both keep meeting him and inviting him to drinking parties, Wei Wei knowing that he's gonna try to create trouble btw him and Chi Cheng, allows him to talk and talk and get into his house and his business.... why? why knowing his character they allow him to run rampant into their lives without any restrain? why believe everything he says? No wonder we reached this point to be honest. Wei Wei is being extra cruel and at this particular point, don't care about his suffering at all. Also, the mother character is another silly goose... so better not say anything to your son , when you know you're terminal and probably don't have much time? So now is better not to spend your last days with your son? it's that it? that's the great idea? Give me a break!

Anyhooooo, rant over. Super enjoying this series. I've read the book and they are really respecting the author better than most. Also all actors are quite well matched to the characters. Kuddos to production for this job well done. Can't wait for next episode.

I don't believe that Agency at all... all a bunch of bloodsuckers that deserve a good lawsuit with lots of damage pay. Before artists kept quiet about the abuse of power and the exploitation, as their culture plays a really big part on this. Thankfully, nowadays artists seem to start getting out of their shells and find the strength to fight for their rights. It's really sad to hear the stories but I hope more and more are out in the light and people is named and shamed. Ms Lusi, we are all with you in this fight. Do not get discouraged and keep fighting, while taking care of your health. You are a great and admired artist, now recognized worldwide (I'm spanish), and should be treated with the respect and professionalism you deserve.

From ep 1 this the most confusing and nonsensical drama I've ever tried to watch. By ep 6 still not sure if she has re-incarnated, who is good, who's bad, are they married, are they not.... Total mess no worth the effort in my opinion

I personally don't like the 2 mins eps but I totally agree with you in that these productions more often than not, have great plot lines, instead of the same old-same old of many, many full length dramas!

This is the second full "film" I've seen of one of these 2 mins ep series. Truly don't like this format at all and find it a pity because it doesn't really showcase the full capabilities of the actors. Also, the audience is a bit more restricted in my view... I did not find out this production until on my recommendations in YT. The script is good, the acting is great, actors are the right age... much, much better viewing that many of other full eps productions out there. Super cute despite the constant cutting off. Recommended viewing

Saw it as a full "movie" in YT
