well they barely get any actual punishment. they pay fine and get blamed for while and that's it and I don't think it should be softer than that. Usage of drugs are higher than ever now in kr and I'm pretty sure that has much part to do with light punishments.

well it's not like they go jail for adultery, you get sued and pay other party and that's it. but cheating with a sex worker or paying someone doing adultery is a prostitution/ form of prostitution too, not just adultery. it is and should be illegal in every way. IT IS THE BOTTOM LINE FOR OUR SOCIETY TO KEEP IT THAT WAY REGARDLESS WHAT WESTERN PPL SAY.
our law is not strong against drugs or alcohol, they barely do jail time, which is funny because odds are LSK would not have gone to jail even if he was sentenced. JJM and JDG didn't even get prosecuted for prostitution. they were not even investigated for it. not sure how more soft can koreans go / or should go regarding these matters. have orgy or polygamy or whatever yall want, just don't pressure or judge us for blaming it. they get blamed for a while and that's it, and ppl here even whine at that.

well that might be true in a whole view of things but blaming two timing while marriage, and prostitution, use of drugs, illegal hostess bars / sexual sponsorship is NOT one of those things we need adjusting due to the "international" view. those are fundamental values of our culture and without that, why get married or have kids at all? why have laws? those are ILLEGAL by every means here and it SHOULD BE THAT WAY.

I'm not saying ppl were judging Muslim culture here I was using it as an example to show they are doing the same thing with Korean culture. also LSK dying was mostly due to the money issue (or people here assume) he was on the highest point of his life, he had tons of cf (commercials, even ones with his wife), dramas, movies, and every one was blockbusters him as a male/main lead. they can't even edit him out. he was facing major lawsuits, resulting in crazzzy penalty fees. There was no way out. Also, as a korean lemme tell you, TONS OF MEN here do prostitution. We have more hostess bars here than church. dude im korean and there IS proof of that. they have tons of images/ message leaked lol. trash rumor my ass, Im korean who saw it with my own eyes when it happened. also, dont speak about what you dont know at all lol, it was true that LSK was involved in prostitution, he admitted to having relations (sexual one too) with those women, he just denied using banned drugs. even message and recordings were leaked, their private converstations. stop saying "RUMOR" when you dont even know korean or read OG Korean news articles lol

It is due to the fact that son's appearance in the show itself is part of the reality show aired in korea (with the dad) and that show was about his dad talking about "wanting to be the 100/100 husband and dad blah blah" the whole time and supporting his son through the acting process in btwn. due to the incident that happened (which is more than accusation at this point because the messages btwn the dad and the married women were leaked) they had to pretty much cut him out because they had to cut the OG show too (that unfortunately had already aired but they are not airing it again or uploading it on yt or websites) and downsize the damage. They are not condemning the son for anything, (HE IS NOT HIS BIOLOGICAL SON ANYWAY AND KOREAN CARE ABOUT THAT MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE) they were just downsizing the damage.
