well this show doesnt seem like that kinda show, and that's good. sml-fl relationship makes pretty much sense here, because if i was sml I would, too, like fl a lot. Even shows, webtoons(manga, anime) , movie, novels (ones with male viewerships as well) mostly focus on ml's storyline and motives, backgrounds, etc. even ones with female writers mostly have 1 top main character as male character and fl is usually someone who "goes with the flow". Ppl are so used to that frame and dont want it to change I guess, and I'm pretty sick of it.

haven't read the novel but I get your point. But he couldn't exactly abandon fl atp because it is romance drama I guess? I think fl being mad about it was pretty acceptable too. He got off easy. I agree that motive of ml should be more shown in the show, but if they tried shortening it to show more of FL storyline, I'm also good with it. 99.9% drama, novel, webtoon (even ones with male viewerships too) focus on ML's storyline and motives and fl has almost none or has worn out, non-significant ones so for me it feels fresh to see one with exact opposite pov. I also want later episodes to show ml's storyline, and motives as well too if they can. but even if they don't it won't be a dealbreaker, because atp ml following fl's lead is acceptable to me (ml has no experience with millitary or war, and he is not that sharp either) so even if i was ml i would follow fl's lead. His background might influence his motives but doesnt make him smarter so to speak I guess. FL is just more sharper, smarter one and thats a good twist for me

well it is about time that female viewership, actually accept 'really strong' fl. most of so called girl crush characters just have some strong lines and thats it. Not happy with it and about reality, it is drama so.. that good looking with decent personality guys doesnt exist IRL anyway 😂

i see a lot of ppl complain abt how stale bread and 3 year intelligence of a character ML is, but when you think about it, most kdrama/cdrama/jdrama or most asian drama's fl characters are almost always exactly like that 😂 and most of times dont get many complaints when ml is sharp smart handsome character that leads the show. So this time the roles are just merely reversed so to speak 🤷‍♀️ sml and fl are super sharp leading characters and someone gotta be plain simpleton. I guess it is ml this time and 99 times out of 100 it is fl. dont see much problem with it from my pov.

well at least fl tried 😂 most cdramas/ kdrama no women really dress like men but here fl tried her best 😂 she even tried darking her skin

so far so good and I'm suprised because it is much better than I expected.. Im not a fan of military shows but this is well balanced and not dragged out either. def a recommendation until episode 22
