I agree with all of this. SW is very concerned with appearances. I don't think he would be serious about SH outside of the show because he comes across a bit shallow, but not in a mean way, if that makes any sense.
I just did a re-watch of ep7 and I have some observations: POV: I'm a JunSeong x SungHo shipper
I think SungHo will surprise us and not in the way we think.
First, after they moved rooms, JunSeong went to SungHo's room and put the cookie box ribbon on his wrist. JunSeong then asked SungHo, "Do you want to get married?". Even though they were kind of joking, SungHo asked him, "Do you have money?". JunSeong replied: "I'll work hard." SungHo then asked: "Do you have a car?" JunSeong replied: "I don't have a driver's license. Where would I get a car? I'll find a car."
I think this conversation, though in jest, tells us where SungHo's head is. SeonWoo is a business owner and ambitious. JunSeong seems to be floating through life. SungHo even commented about JunSeong oversleeping and missing an opportunity to take him on a date because he woke up late.
Second, the private conversation with SeonWoo. SeonWoo said, "If we are going to date, it should be just us but I'm not going to force you hand." or something like that. To which SungHo patted him on the hip affectionately. I think they have an understanding and they have shared ambitious energy.
I believe that even if the feelings are there, long term Sung Ho may not pick either guy. But for the sake of the show, he will pick either JunSeong or SeonWoo. He might pick JunSeong because he knows he will pick him too. SeonWoo is still a wildcard on whether he will pick Sung Ho though. Only the coming episodes will tell.

I didn't realize "do you have money? do you have a car?" was a meme. That made more sense.
