Technically following someone is stalking. He's not harassing her but he is still stalking her. If he were a private…
Yeah. Plus we are not even sure if he's obsessed with her because of the curse. The amount of men that like her, considering how she behaves, is suspicious.
The man quits his job to be able to better “observe her”, moves into her neighborhood, requests an apartment…
Let's see. It would make the drama more exciting if at some point she knew he was investigating the curse. We still don't know for sure if she knows his name, cause he could play with that variable... I find the drama entertaining so far, cause it's unique and consistent. There is absolutely no reason why he should be in love with her, cause they don't know each other at all, it's just a crush and I hope the curse is also what's making him (and all those boys) obsessed with her.

I'm debating on this. Isn't the harassment part in the definition of stalking? If I check the definition it always include aggressive behaviour and harassment. What I see here is clear obsession, but not necessarily stalking cause she is not harassed by him. Let's say I see someone I know on the street and I realize they or someone else is in immediate danger, and I follow them for some time to save a life. Am I stalker? In any case I hope they don't end up together, I hope once he breaks the curse they part ways.
Meeting her by chance is fine but following her to her home without consent is stalking.... It doesn't matter…

I'm debating on this. Isn't the harassment part in the definition of stalking? If I check the definition it always include aggressive behaviour and harassment. But I agree with you this may be triggering so people should stop watching if they find it disturbing. I personally hope they don't end up together. I hope he solves the mistery and then the fascination towards her is gone.
I'm not sure I see him as a stalker. He met her again by chance, a real stalker would have looked for her. It seemed he was obsessed more with her condition of witch than with her. He wanted to understand the curse, even without actively looking for her again. When he was in high school it seemed like a simple crush, but now I start to believe that it's part of her "witch" powers to make men fall in love with her. I don't think she has so many admirers only because she's pretty or misterious.
typical korean chaebol. everyone is the same. i liked everyone else so i like him as well.
You're right. It's like they all play that role in the same way, but this time I find it more fake, for some reason. Maybe cause I had very high expectations about thim! Let's see, I will keep watching cause I love when he switches into nerd mode.
I don't like the way ML acts... I loved this actor in previous dramas but here it's like you can tell he's acting? Am I the only one thinking like this?
But what about the doctor patient relationship? Where I live a doctor that makes a move on a patient looks unprofessional... I wish there was some previous encounter between them to justify him making a move... let's see, I can still hope that's the case.
Repeating a comment I agree with fully, this masterpiece is wasted on such an unworthy audience. Netflix, can…
How can you compare this with 3 Body Problem! XD That's one of the best sci-fi book series of the last decades, it's mind blowing and approaches serious ethics dilemmas in a convincing way. This k-drama was poorly written and the life-death debate was so superficial... T_T Honestly I don't care much about the message, I don't have to agree with it, as long as is delivered properly, which was not the case here. Not only their romance was not convincing, but it was their love for life that was not convincing. It's not enough to ship fruit flies and mouses, or to deliver babies as a job, to make me believe you love life.
Mmm... waste of cast and of budget. I never connected with the characters nor found their relationships convincing cause they weren't described well enough, so I wasn't emotionally involved at all in the last episode. I enjoyed the first half and found boring the second half. Premises were all there, but this drama didn't deliver. And sci-fi is like my fav genre, so it has nothing to do with that.
Cliché after cliché and they get back together of course. I wouldn't know where to start to describe how bad it all was. XD Don't ask me why I kept watching, maybe I hoped for a huge jump forward in the future, like 30 years in the future. I would have appreciated more a second phase of their relationship years later.
