MRW basically took most of MQG's power so MQG ends up being kinda "not complete". They've stated that once Ran Ran achieves higher level of cultivation and regains her power, her memories will naturally comes back

i think it fits with the scene and emotion - Ran ran was in a state of shock/surprised because the person she likes kisses her but she knew it was because he thought of her as someone else while SYS had a mix of sadness, jealousy, and a bit of anger knowing he can't be with her and her heart doesn't belong to him. So he forced that on her and they were both crying...It was a very emotional scene for me. Dengwei is definitely a good kisser :P theres a lot more kissing scenes coming up

Tbh the promotion only just started, which IS late but better than nothing. There was only 1 person in charge of promotion and it wasn't even a crew member or someone from IQIYI. It was a third party person so when the drama aired, literally had little to no promotions. Most Online and Offline promotions were done by fan. Even when the drama aired, there was hardly anything and so fan started to complain and that's when they started actually promoting because even one of the actor from the drama had to live stream and teach fan how to promote and joked that we dont have any promotions otherwise hahaha.
Anyways the good news is at least the drama is finally getting some promotion it deserves!

yeah same feeling towards the mother. I only cried in that scene because SYS cried. He must've been heartbroken knowing that he could've had somewhat of a normal life - but his stupid mother wanted to do what she thinks is good to her son...which is let the step dad abused him, then sold him off to evil father that tortured him and forced him to be a killing weapon. All this while never asking her son what he really wanted, which was a home and someone that loved him. He had that until she abandoned him! So no sympathy from me there
