I love this drama so far, it's everything I wanted. The chemistry, the osts, the production. For a drama that is not high budget and filmed 3 years ago, I think it is doing a really good job. It's not super plot heavy or action packed so if you are into that, you might find this "slow" but in terms of pacing and character development, I think it is very well done. So far, within 5 episodes, you see the leads relationship develop from enemy -> friend -> catching feelings.

This drama is more about the story/development/love side of things. It almost kind of feel like a slice of life drama but with more angst, drama, and sweetness

Yeah most of them are rating it a 1 even without watching. Ive been seeing comments where ppl refuse to watch and giving it a bad score because of the FL. They dont even bother giving this a chance. Their loss cause this is a great drama

Are u saying when she first saw him? Its because she knows him, very natural reaction to see someone u knew/care for suddenly become disabled no matter what occupation

They showed the trailer, and irs exactly what it is. I think u might of got confused. Ep 11 is the accident and ep 12 is probably present time

You can read most of the reviews here and its overall positive. Their chemistry is really good and they have a really good dynamic going on. The pace is actually good - they go from enemy -> friend -> catching feelings in 5 episodes....so idk how anyone can call that "slow paced" unless they're literally skipping but you will have to watch it for yourself to find out :) Also the Osts and scenery is really good too so thats a bonus

i'd say watch 5-6 episodes to see if it's your type of show

Just rewatched the trailers again haha and realized they deleted a lot of scenes in the meeting arc ):

- you can watch it on youtube for free, they usually air 1 ep a day
- you can also watch it on viki for free with ads (or pay for subscription), but they're not airing it for another 5 days
- youku also has the first 4 eps out for free, also usually airs 1 ep a day
- streaming sites like (https://kisskh.co/Drama/South-Wind-Knows?id=6282). BUT i dont really recommend this because there are a lot of ads pop ups and potential risk of virus. Also better to support on youku

I know what you mean... I saw comments on reddit and twitter where people are refusing to watch it because she is the FL. Which is unfair since she is playing her role so well here! It's ok, these people are missing out :)

Omgggg yesss. While he was blowing her wound, it's cute and all, but i was like 'all that saliva going to give her an infection instead' and then she actually addressed the spitting issue and telling him to stop. Loved that since she's a doctor so it made it more realistic

Both the leads are doing an amazing job <3 Also props to the supporting casts
