Haha i agreee. So far i love everything about it, but whenever they try to speak english its just a bit…cringe haha. But i know they're trying their best and it comes off as cute so i try not to mind it too much

If people want to come film here, I don't have a problem. if anything, the show made me want to visit Myanmar - the super beautiful scenery and the food looks interesting.

The chosen setting isn't intended to accentuate how great the leads are while putting down another country, but rather to lend coherence to the plot itself. We have a botanist that lives in Shanghai, while the other is a doctor in Germany. Both are interested in research with the shared objective of discovering a pharmaceutical remedy to aid people/make money. . Consequently, they required a location where these individuals from different countries could meet for a common goal. If the intention was to show how great the leads are by making them help the poor, they could have visited a homeless shelter in their own country lmfao

edit: Also your first comment said it's "fictional country" and now you're saying its obv where it's at. Looks like there's no win win

- Country M is Myanmar but China is very strict and to avoid potential legal issues, they had to do that. Smart on their part.
- Are people not supposed to help another country? What kinda f up way of thinking is that??? Imagine people not helping other countries during times of need. Eg. Morocco incident right now. so wtf is your logic here.
- Cliche? I can't think of any drama on the top of my head with this setting, and even if there are, there's not a lot. And it make sense in the setting they're in to have corruptions/lawless areas

I honestly get so annoyed when I see people say " they have no chemistry". This is what this drama is about, explosive chemistry, and its hitting all the right spots. They seriously make me smile like an idiot :)

Remember to lower your expectations! Im not saying this wont be good, in-fact i think it'll be great, but I feel like most of us will subconsciously have super high expectations in order to make up for the torturous wait over the last 3 years
