TTEOTM was very beautiful, omg, after that I was a little depressed for a few days, but once I've shaken from it I've actually appreciated it a lot, maybe I'll rewatch it someday, so thank youuu for the recommendation, I wouldn't have watched otherwise cause I was sure its a SE 😍

My first one was "Story of Kunning palace" and daaaamn, that was some great chemistry and grey characters from both leads there, Zhang Linghe is a babe there🤌🤌🤌

I'm actually discovering Bai Lu, I'm surprised it's taken me this long to check out her shows, she's awesome in all 3 dramas that I've seen her in 🤩

I also thought that one of the endings is an imagined one, like an ''what if'' version of the events, but at first I actually thought the ending where she chose him is the imagined one since Xiao Xiao pursuing her life dream was more in line with her character....but oh well, I'm cool with either option 😁

Yeah it was fun seeing WXY like this, even though from my point of view he plays the stiff ''mysterious'' persona pretty well, I'd like to see him in more comedic roles as well, especially that he is a funny guy from what I've seen in bts clips.

I'll also never understand the people who are complaining to an excessive degree about the dramas, during the whole drama, like all 40 episodes...like why watch something you don't vibe with, no one is forcing anyone 🤦‍♀️

Nah, I think it's a fair reaction to be appalled at someone torturing repeatedly and terrorising his supposed love interest, but I agree with the other comments, it's better to skip this one if it's not your type of drama, cause if you apply it to real life, of course this sh*t would never fly in a million years and no one would ship them. Everyone here is enjoying the drama, as in fiction.

Lol agreed. Both MLs are - what's the color between grey and black, charcoal? Morally charcoal characters, homegirl does deserve way better.

It depends on what you expect from this drama. If you want to see a fluffy romance with a dash of revenge, I'm not sure this is the right choice.
This is a enemies to lovers type of drama, and while a lot of dramas of this genre tone it down for us viewers to make the leads more likeable/shippable for a later romantic entaglement, I don't believe it's the case for this one. Especially that the ML's actions towards the FL get worse after ep.5. But things get better after ep.11 in my opinion, but even so, it's too early to tell what's next....honestly it's a tough call
