Just FYI this is a Chinese drama not a Korean drama. I don't know about the policies in either country. I think for the most part it's handled decently and between the main leads in particular, I think I personally don't see it as that bad because in my eyes the TCM stuff at the clinic is not much different to me than if he was just a messus at a spa or something. He also works at a hospital where he has more serious patients, but the FL is not one of them.
But ultimately if the vibe makes you uncomfortable and you can't suspend your disbelief for the sake of the story, you probably just won't enjoy this drama.

Although its more rare for Asian dramas to have multiple "true" seasons, it's not completely out of the realm of possibility especially if they are adapting from a novel like this show and the novel has a lot of content.
The production team definitely wants another season- they set it up for one. The drama seems to have done at least fairly well commerically if the comments are to be believed, so as long as they think it would be successful I think they will be able to get funding to make another season. Whether or not they will be able to bring back all the same actors would be another issue though.

(if it was bc of the electrical failure that would be one thing but it showed a dent in the door so???) and why would you go to an underpass while its raining... i know flash floods are sudden but this is the 21st century surely we know to avoid low elevation areas during heavy rain??? and ml later said a high alert was issued so she should have known there were dangerous areas 😭 girl...
like they could have have made this situation much more believable but they chose the laziest way to do it.
and her asking "did you try so hard bc you knew it was me" i cringed so bad. 😭😭 girl lets get to a stage where he doesn't hate you before asking stuff like that
"did i do something wrong" "you did nothing wrong" GIRL WHAT 😭😭 so you would be fine with potentially killing a bunch of innocent people (or at least, people who did nothing to wrong you) if there hadnt been a young daughter there?? i have liked the FL a lot so far but i find it difficult to root for someone who is fine and dandy hurting innocent people for their goals. if she ISNT okay with it, she should tell her friend clearly that going that far is wrong instead of just protecting her feelings

my guess is she managed to kill him before it got that far. i'm not 100% sure that's what he was trying to do though i assumed he was just trying to catch her so they could sell her (after all- a virgin would have more value in a brothel right?). but then again it sounded like he just wanted some money for alcohol, so maybe he was going to do that first then sell her... maybe we will find out later
