Professor and Se Ri are THAT - there is nothing, absolutely nothing, romantic between them. She is his student kid and he orders her around. She calls him Professor. Their characters and their relationship did not make ANY progress. Dancer and Hairdesser have gone through some changes but it is not enough. Silla family is working through their imminent ... mess.. and Kang Su is working out his birth... so at least something is happening there... But not enough... ...Why is SR dissing ONLY her mothe??? Also, imo the only solution is that mom and son form a close bond. Baldy and Mom are having a blast and I suspect.... he never went on blind dates LOL CS and MS are soooo ... well... mild...... they feel more like two good friends than a couple. It is just ... like a soup without any seasoning. Bland :)
It is boring because there is no character development. The characters have to GROW. The drama cannot be relying on some external events only, bc there isnt enough external events. and no matter what happens externally, we need to see how characters are DIFFERENT how they grow in time.

I agree that GS is soooo lukewarm it is not even funny. That kid Mi So is super annoying to me for her stupid naivette and suicidal tendency to never even MENTALLY UNDERSTAND that it is necessary to pick up and continue every time you fall. THat kid although almost a young adult behaves like a 2 hr old who always wants it her way andwants justice in like 2 minutes NOW RIGHT NOW!!!! without herself even lifting a finger, her mother is mastically supposed to save her NOW!!! RIGHT NOW!!!! so that she Mi So would not suffer even a minute.... and she lives in a goody goody 2 shoes fantasy world.
THe HYSTERICAL scenes of Mi So spewing spoiled brat bs just were so irritating. My answer to her was - ok if you so insist, then die, you arent fit for survival. I mean there was no other way for her. She was ... too ..... fragile, like a thin piece of glass. Ueah it is terrible for her mother but Mi So was ... disabled, her nervous system was not capable of thinking of basic survival. ANd she, as a young adult, did not understand that not everything goes as planned, that people make mistakes - she made a mistake of not listening to something Higher to make a decision to go after the coffee shop bully - she made a mistake of falling into the tratp of that guy who kidnapped her - she made a mistake of talking back at the bully beating her up - SHE JUST KEPT INSISTING ON HER FANTASY WORLD - and she refused to acknowledge that there is evil in this world and that she HAS TO WORK TO FIGHT THAT EVIL. She thought it comes automatically by sitting on her as@ and waiting for her mom to save her. That is so childish and stupid, it is jjust unbearable. I thought I will start screaming if I see one more scene of her hysteria. . FOr a young adult to not know that survival is #1 and that we FIGHT for good in our lives, is unexusable stupidity, and also of her mother. HOW could he raise a kid like that.

The actor doing GC is getting better at his role too. He is a perfect villain. He has such a boyish innocent baby face, and then he has that wicked evil smile and now even the wicked look in his eyes that goes with it, so he is such a great hidden poisonous snake...
Jae In actress and character is having a ball and becoming more foxy, now she acts in ways that are rather .. confident and making fun, and she talks back LOL what a great growth. Dr. Dumb is not that so we shouldnt call him that anymore. He grew up too and is a very very nice edition to Jae In and very loyal supportive person.
I was thinking of the Doctor. His voice is so unusually .. soft and squeeky and also ... slightly nasal... ? Very distinctive voice. And his clothing is so ... mismatched and simple, the tie and the shirt are just so ugly with that coat... and his daily clothes of a white sweatshirt and black baggy pants... ..... he is not a creative or flamboyant guy, BUT HE IS HANDSOME :) and he acts his part well, so he is fun to watch, and and that actor is perfect in that role.... Just steadily plowing through, with perserverance and utmost loyalty. The acting is great... And so his character perfectly matches Jae In's... they are such a great pair. They have such a great chemistry of teamwork... and now the romantic sparks. THEY JUST MATCH. The characters match and the actors are able to convey it. I would call it great chemistry but that is so cliche. To be specific, I think it is great acting and great teamwork.
Doctor's mom is a very ... enlightened person. She already befriended and healed the spoiled brat JI's mom...
SO THEY ALL JUST ESTABLISHED SOME TRUST and now it is all going to go KABOOOOM!!!! when they discover Jae In 's mom LOL
Ah one more note. I love how blues and daaark smokey navy blue look on Seong Woo. I was studying WHY.
And the colorful and highly theatrically dramatic MIL is a unique character LOL that actress is having a ball with it... that scene with the tiarra and magic wand was something to see :) and the character seems so real.. that woman is evil incarnate but she is doing it with such ... flashy comical flamboyance..... so she is fun to watch. How she tortures SIL is .. wow evil.
and SIL wow she loves the dude so much she is willing ti do all that... .????

Omg such a masterful liar :) Se Ri character is ... for a psych ward, I dont think she is salvegable as a person, she is far too gone and will most likely permanently stay a stounch liar.
