Their flirting is so subtle and so deep. He came to work too late, asked her how she is doing, offered her tea. That is PERSONAL behavior he never does... So - he already noticed her as a woman and was interested to get to know her better. She asked him a personal question. She asked him what he would do as a love partner. She was interviewing him for the job ... LOL AND HE ANSWERED. He gave the correct answer and passed the interview and he already got the job. THEY ARE ON THE SAME PAGE, HAVE MATCHING BRAINS AND HEARTS, and actually make a great couple The two of them staring at each other is a seal on the deal. They are already a couple.
Yes there will be lot of plots where they have to figure it out in real life how they will manifest their relationship :) And it will not be a romance drama as usual, with well open flirting, etc etc etc. This is alot more subtle and deeper. Those few tea moments at the end of ep 2 are EXTREME romance ON A SUPER DEEP LEVEL and most people missed it.

Right now, SW is a baby, still. HE IS JUST STARTING TO GROW UP. He is just starting to wake up his adult traits of wanting to care for others and his romantic heart. He has not gotten to the point where his body has followed in the romantic direction too. Bc of his age, he has a chance of growing up into an adult male rather soon and then YG can consider him.
Right now, he has no clue about love or god forbid sex. He clearly had no education about his own heart and body, he had no idea what feelings he had. He has NO idea why his heart flutters and why there is a ZAP when he touches YG. It seems like it happened for the first time to him when they both touched the tool box. So he is LEARNING about himself as an adult now.
RIGHT NOW HE IS IN A STAGE OF LOOKING FOR MOMMY AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND CONNECTION AND "BEING TOGETHER" and hasnt gotten to the point where he is curious enough about other aspects of that relationship - partly because he has NEVER had any experience with such feelings. Seems like he never dated anyone and was never in love before.
Physical contact is just starting to be intriguing to him at this point but he is NOT YET aware what it is.

Bc she is immature emotionally, she went through the period of being insecure and nasty. So HE can help her grow up too. He can make her feel like a loved and cherished woman. I am sure he can.
