I just found out that it was pre recorded at freaking 4 am in the morning just after singer š
š makes me wonder about all the other workload that is behind the scenes that are unseen, like martial arts practice, singing practice, etc. Just how packed is his schedule, it's worrying.
Guys, I read that itās exclusively on TME (Tencent Music apps like QQ Music & Joox) for now; about 7 days if Iām not mistaken. Hopefully will be uploaded to other platforms soon. I kept refreshing my Spotify like crazy just now šš¤£
6/29 Live broadcast Hou Minghao information:1. July Chengdu concert, planning to continue the traditional Chinese…
I knew it! Heās so meticulous!! He really will customize each concert!!! Weāre so spoilt, but I really wonder how he got all that energy from. he said as long as you love what you do, youāll get energy. But heās such a trooper for not sleeping at proper times. I wouldāve automatically zombiefied
I really liked what Xiao Hou said in a previous live stream : "When you look at things in the outside world with a calm mind, things in the outside world will also become calm. When both the inside and outside become calm, that is true tranquility. This applies when you feel restless, when you feel tired, when you feel you have no energy, when you feel stressed." "Looking at everything with a peaceful mind, perhaps many of the difficulties you will face can be easily resolved.
17 and 28 yea nah boycott shows with children playing lovers with adults they need stop making this shit. There…
I understand why it feels uncomfortable. I just donāt think depicting a fictional romance automatically equals exploitation, especially if the production was conducted professionally and safely. Acting is performance, not a real relationship. The question is whether the production protects the minor actor professionally and ethically, not whether the audience is endorsing adult-minor dating. If you're uncomfortable, you can sit this one out first and wait till it airs, and we'll let you know whether they have kissing scenes or not. By track record they both have had dramas without any kissing /overly intimate scenes before.
A minor with almost 30yo in a romance drama omg why

I know what most people want to talk about on this page but aside from that, yāall really not worried about…
Wouldn't it be better if it's shorter? I'd assume it would not be draggy and with much filler scenes. Apparently HMH had meetings with the director about the action scenes before they shot it so the filming would be efficient and the scenes would not be cut. He mentioned that usually it's easy to cut action scenes out of the work so he made sure each 2-days worth of work for every fight scene will be effectively used.
saw the post by his vocal teacher; iāll paste the translation belowhttp://xhslink.com/o/8d8RYK3ggc9
To the class representative, and to all of you who love him
Xiao Hou, as I type these words, I feel so proud.
The stage of *Singer* is a brand new lesson for us, a lesson that has just begun. You didn't come here to hand in an answer sheet; you came to learn. And we truly learned so much.
We learned that singers don't just sing for those who love them. Those ordinary listeners who just happened to be watching on TV, those unseen, unfiltered earsāthese are the most difficult and precious lessons in this course. We began to understand that a voice can be a bridge, connecting everyone willing to stop.
We also learned that live broadcasts are an unfiltered encounter with no post-production, no retakes. It's about daring to open your heart and sing well in front of those unfathomable cameras.
Your courage shines in these places. Facing all the unfamiliar and uncertain new lessons, you still said, "I want to try." This determination to break through and take risks makes me even prouder.
My class representative, your *Singer* lesson has just turned its first page. The schedule is still long, and you've already secured the most coveted first-row seat.
Thank you for your expectations and love for him.
This expectation isn't pressure; it's a weighty trust. Your gaze is the key he holds in his hand as he pushes open each unfamiliar door.
So, let's do it together. Let's unlock more together. Let's unlock more beautiful songs, more unfamiliar stages, and those possibilities that are still dormant. The person you've been waiting for is unlocking infinite possibilities.
I love him now and then. I agree that he should show his old personality more with us or in Variety shows.. when…
According to what he said, he only implied he became more "sensitive" after acting a lot, because he learnt to empathise with his characters, and even his co-stars' characters. He really may become a director one day. He sometimes protects his co-stars' characters from online bullying and explains the reasoning to fans who follow the drama closely. Specifically goes online to livestream and explain. Such a classy guy!
But he does actually have his fair share of bad times.
I'm not too sure about the details before 2023. I think he had experienced being sidelined, backstabbed by friends, neglected by his agency, or something like that, from the comments I sifted. One time, his Weibo fans were dwindling to the point where his supertopic almost disappeared. There was this one variety show where he was so candid with his words, the Female co-star's fans were super toxic, they ridiculed him so much. I think he has had quite the experience being cyberbullied, there was also a time when he was bullied by the director and fans of his co-star in one show. He was still in harness flying, and the director asked him to write an online clarification to defend the director. His co-star's fans came and harassed him on-site.
Many times, fans notice he can somehow be "restricted" online; they joked that he has an anti-famous restriction / "explosion-proof" if translated from Chinese. During the DHTR6 variety show airing period, he was clearly the highlight, but he had so many paid hate campaigns and "blackwater army" (negative buzzers; people who are paid to comment bad things), and when fans/casual viewers tried to post comments defending him and made videos to defend him, they were taken down and deleted; people started posting screenshots of their takedown notifications.
He's been through a lot. I'm sure that's not all the hardships he encountered; there should be so much more behind the scenes. At the end of the day, it's because he's that attractive, sincere, hardworking, and talented that he earns not only fans but also haters who are envious/jealous of him.
Last night, while comforting a fan who was crying her eyes out, the fan asked him to make a heart shape with his hands. He replied, "Making a heart shape will stop the crying, right?" The fan said yes, and he said, "Then I'll start!" He made a heart shape with his hands and walked from one end of the parking garage to the other (of the entire fan group).
I love him now and then. I agree that he should show his old personality more with us or in Variety shows.. when…
idk but i think he just marches on haha where would he have a schedule for it? heās so busy working in hengdian all year long and all his spare time is for practicing singing and playing basketball. even if he did experience some form of depression, he has many outlets for it, and he bravely moves forward passionately. his resilience is amazing!
i knew there was something fishy when the studio uploaded a devil emoticon the other day š¤š https://m.weibo.cn/detail/5313006745420071
http://xhslink.com/o/4WYPmxfDhAA also not trying to fan the flames of this conspiracy theory, but apparently many audience member stood up and clapped for him by the end of his performance. right after they announced the elimination, the audience were shouting āhei muā / āriggedā. Could it be true?
yes i waited so long for the encore performance but i think international mango didnāt provide it, i got kicked…
thereās this theory on rednote, someone wrote: brother, you waited after 12am so it can be the next day right. (then she quoted the dhtr clip about not accumulating negative energy and tomorrow will be a new day)
After being eliminated, Hou Minghao wrote "haha" on Weibo.Everyone understood.
What really got me was how he left the stage. You could see he didn't want to go, but he stayed so classy and graceful. No bitterness or complaints, just genuinely thanking everyone and saying he'd learned so much and was really happy with his experience.
Throughout his journey on Singer, he's always been so dedicated to improving himself, breaking stereotypes with every amazing performance. Winning or losing isn't the end - sometimes starting over is a fresh beginning. Can't wait to see what Neo Hou does in the future
at least he got to perform 4 times and he went viral so many times. itās still a win.
āMaybe acting has made me very sensitive. Because you have no choice but to constantly observe the people and…
