this was talked about during that time he started filming, it truly feels eerie but his makeup and styling in glory really made him super different from his other roles. looking at his subsequent works and makeup, he’s back to normal.
he really does go all out to make each of his characters unique.

Based on the novel it’s just very low levels of both, more like their friendship bond and more focus on the mystery unraveling and the adventures. but because of the script changes we don’t know how much they will alter it. anyways they like to change it to more positive values so it’s alright, we’ll see when it airs

his stubbornness is also part of his charm. hahah honestly i was so happy his vocal teacher asked him whether he slept well or not before the performance. 😂 at least there are more good people around him now

yes and HMH likes to make creative distinctions between his characters.. he probably wants to play someone with a bit of a rugged “manly” look for a change.. because he has “wuxia” dreams. hoping he will have many action scenes this time. so yes like what happened in FoF, kiwis can make inputs but it’s ultimately up to the creative team to align their vision of the character with the styling. i trust HMH will have a say too!

such a workaholic! I don’t mind him squeezing in schedules but he needs to have proper rest 😭 there’s only one HMH in this world!!! it’s going to be bad for him long term, at least he needs to regularly call a tcm doctor to visit him on site… no one wants to see him in pain like during the filming of Glory!!

as long as they swap it for good and logical changes i won’t mind
