Yes! The problem with the audiences in this site is they're too harsh to the dramas which are not their cup of tea. I have lots of dramas I can't enjoy but I simply look for the one I like and move on. I'm not staying in that drama page and ruining others' enjoyment with my non-stop complaints.

Well, they showed us that her grandmother didn't punish her for getting in a boat alone without her maid, drunk (I believe it's wine because she's drunk), and almost die in episode 1. So, yeah, her grandmother spoiled her.

"It just feels like I'm watching a modern day drama with actors playing dress-up." I couldn't agree more. And it's not the only historical drama with this kind of character. Even my father and mother have never talked back to my grandparents. Ever.

The last three episodes are not easy to watch for people who have lost their fathers, like me. Glad I can finish it, though my eyes are swollen. 😅

Exactly! They're fake C-drama fans. 😝😆 Rebirth reminds me of how C-dramas used to be in 80s and 90s. Betrayal, sad ending, smart villains, unexpected turns and twist, and so on are the themes that make C-drama a C-drama. My, I never ever expect perfect leads or a happy ending in C-dramas, or Asian dramas to be exact. 😁
