So they decided to make an omegaverse series immediately ? πthe impact of ABOdesire
I'm slightly judging it already somely because of the reactions it got from social media which had me wondering whether they're going to give them scripts or they'll f*ck throughout the whole series.
Everyone is excited for the NC scenes but they didn't question the plot after the teaser was just an NC teaser. But when we were saying Thai only give us p*rn, they were calling us xenophobic and racist.ππ
I swore iβd never enter another fandom after BTS, the constant defending is just too much. But then came Desire…
I haven't been active much on social media after BTS enlisted and I've been waiting for their comeback before I could go back to social media. Surprisingly, Desire pulled me back before time and involved me in fan wars. God knows it's been long.ππ
One of the greatest things in this drama is the feminism. Women are capable to do what men can do, gender doesn't define strength and I loved our legendary female general. Zhou ye has done great once again after back from the brick. Those are the only dramas I loved from her after Word of Honor and she delivered a great performance.
The romance was done well. A beautiful slow burn, where you could see the pull towards each other without them doing anything much.
Cheng Lei. I really want to see him on my screen sooner, hopefully they'll air How dare you & Mo Li sooner than expected.
It has to nothing to do with the plot but everything to do with the pacing. 40 episodes for this storyline was just too long, they should have cut it shot or added some hook to keep us entertained.
However, I'd watch anything Xiao Zhan is on. (I can't help it) and I did watch all the episodes, and he delivered. As expected from one of the greatest Chinese actors lol.
Actually had some noticable plot holes, but the message was sent, and we leant. The mother-daughter and the sister's dynamic were very convincing.
Yi Ran's acting is so addictive. He's too natural and you just easily fall in love with every character he's portraying.
Zhang Jingyi's role was a breath of fresh air from her previous role. She made me sympathize with her more than she ever did with any of her characters.
Shen Wenlang is the clingiest type. It's actually funny how much he teases Hua Yong about his obsession with Shaoyou but he, himself is low-key obsessed with Gao Tu even without knowing he's in love with him. If possible, he would glue Gao Tu on his hip and never let him out of his sight.
I feel like the chances of that are low unfortunately π (Spoilers below!)
They robed us in the novel too, and they've said it already that their baby bumps were nearly invisible. I wanted a pregnant Shaoyou but even when he went out with friends, no one could tell he was pregnant. Hence I'm saying the chances are really low, it's only my wishful thinking.ππ
The only thing that would make me happy despite the fact that this series has only 2 episodes left, is a baby bump. I know the chances are low but I want Shaoyou to be looking like a really pregnant mommy.
The only chinese BL's that I've watched are Revenged Love and this show. Both have second/side couples. Is that…
To be fair, I've read many novels where there are side couples and most of them take up more than 30% of the story but in danmei, the main characters usually covers up like 98% of the story.. It's not only in Desire or RL.
I'm not even wishing for a second season at this point. I'm just hoping for both Xingqiu and JiangLi to have their own series separately as the main leads. That is what I hope for and I'm just really looking forward to Xingqiu's next project.

And after resisting being a BL CP fan for more than 5 years, suddenly I'm here stanning XingQiu.π©π©
