Yeah I have tapered off LITC. Could no longer stand the lying. It stopped making sense to me after episode 13. I just have it on in the background while I work and just tune in when the leads have a scene. Another example of how a show can have high ratings and I’m over here in my little corner like I hate a lot of this show and just watch for the visuals 🙃

I also think that Who Rules the World may fit what you’re looking for. Can’t remember if there was a lot of skinship in it, but flirty and independent leads, and some pretty big name actors in it. 😊

Yeah that was the minor drawback for LoSL for me. Didn’t like him shutting her out and locking her in the room at the end, and I also got frustrated with them keeping secrets from each other when they were hanging out at that little fishing village lol. There is also Coroner’s Diary, The Prisoner of Beauty (my fave), I totally second Fated Hearts 💕(the rest of the episodes got released, I’m still watching) and When Destiny Brings the Demon is another favorite of mine. You might also like Legend of the Female General and Shadow Love, although LotFG doesn’t have a TON of steaminess, but LOTS of scenes with the leads. Wonderland of Love has a LOT of skinship and sensuality, and the leads have a tooon of screen time :)

Yeah that whoooole sequence of events after he carved her name on the rock and got hit by lightning was just one disappointment after another. 🤦🏼♀️ Not impressed at all. Basically I am here for the prettiness of the show and for the ML. It’s interesting that other folks say that the ML has been insincere… but if that’s the case wouldn’t he also have been struck by lightning when carving his own name? 🤔 Anyway, just a thought.

There is also Wonderland of Love. A LOT OF FLIRTING, skinship and kisses (and at least one bath scene hehe). And literally their relationship starts as a friendly rivalry, so there is a LOT of banter. And the leads have a ton of screen time.

I think the point is that there are people here who can understand where the FL is coming from (I can’t anymore), but others who can’t understand (🙋🏼♀️). The fact of the matter is that both sides make valid points, and the show doesn’t spell things out. It leaves things open for interpretation, and so people ARE going to interpret things differently. While I am in the pool of people who are seriously struggling with the FL, I can also respect that a LOT of other people here do not share that same view. That is okay. Life would be boring if everyone thought the same.
