Title HIStory4: Close to You Spoiler
I have to give my opinion on this too, since i find it funny, and at the same time is nice to discuss things like…
https://www1.dramacool.vc/drama-detail/white-night-2012
Here you can watch White night, this is a safe site, and even through the movie is labeled as an episode, is the right one, as i checked.
I also wached Night Flight and as much as the cinematography was amazing the storyline was as angsty and heartbreaking as it could. GOD, that movie left an impression on me for a long time, and i don`t think i would even be able to rewatch it.
Yes, i know you didn`t refer to explicit but as a love scene overall. It was me who took the ocassion to talk about the sexual content in general, and add all movies with love scenes and expicit scenes together.
In my case, like i said the love scene between MR and LC really didn`t impress me , i feel it lacked the spark, in fact i tought the last two eps were not that needed and it didn`t bring much to the plot, that`s why i rated the drama lower that i planned initialy. Is still a good drama, but i come to the conclusion that is not that memorable as i don`t think i would rewatch it.
And i am the same as you , No regret, Eternal summer and Night flight make me cry and i rarely cry ( i only cried recently in years for Sei no gekiyaku and i was so close to bawling my eyes out for Cornered cheese..) and i still remember them as if i watched them yesterday. I remember White night also make me cry, but it was for a short while. I like crying for movies, as it relieve me from tension, but i don`t cry easily.
I miss to watch movies like this, only Japan nowadays make movies like this and i think you know how rarely Japan make bl movies, is at most 2 movies at year, sometimes not at all and with the waiting for release outside Japan sometime it takes even more ) and i hope Korea will start making them again. But i do have high hopes that Japan will start making more bl movies and dramas from now on, as they started to release movies with experienced and well known actors starting last year, the society and industry is changing. Narita Ryo even won an award for his role as Imagase.
I know about Double mints too, the problem i have is with the actors, i really don`t like them, and this don`t happen often.

Title HIStory4: Close to You Spoiler
POSSIBLY THE MOST BEAUTIFUL/UNINHIBITED LOVEMAKING SCENES IN BL HISTORY.
I have to give my opinion on this too, since i find it funny, and at the same time is nice to discuss things like this, since i watched a lot of BLs.
I agree that this drama can be considered to have the second most explicit scene in History series, after (i have to approve to what Chelsea Black said) the explicit scene between Bo Xiang and Lu Zhi Gang scene in MODC. Nothing can beat that scene in History series, is more short and more realistic, impactful and a really touching scene, it has given me goosebumps at the time.
From all bl dramas and movies i saw, i will make a top 10, since i have the time to accord this matter the attention needed, hahaha.
1.Cornered cheese dreams of mouse. It has two explicit , hot, and touching explicit scenes, that are just at another level, it almost make me cry. I say this because they are made to make a point and to show the change of feelings between the characters, and are just really believable, and artistic made.
2. Sei No Gekiyaku- this has the most explicit scenes i encountered until now in bl, even more explicit that Cornered cheese, but less touching that this movie because of the nature of the movie and the way they are filmed. But the scenes are very impressive.
This movie is something else as well and it left a long time impression on me because it has aborded the topic of life, dead, suicide and how the characters has chosen to continue leaving for each other, and the last explicit scene in the movie had me in tears.
3. No regret- an old movie from Korea, who i consider it as being a classic. It has one single explicit scene, but the way is filmed is something else, the most realistic i saw, but that movie broke my heart only to pierce it back together, i always have a bitter feeling towards this movie.
4. Eternal summer(2006)- an old movie as well from Taiwan, how i wish they continued to make movies like this. But, the same as No regret, it`s a realistic and a very angsty movie.
5. The two drama series, Pornographer and Moon indigo from Japan and the soon to be available Pornographer plyback more likely.
6. HIStory3: Make Our Days Count
7. White Night (2012)- an old Korean movie, who has two explicit scenes, but god even now i remember them, this is why casting good actors is important. But is sad movie too.
8. TharnType- the way the scenes are filmed are just meaningful and i feel the actors imersing deeply in their roles. That`s why when i heard they changed the director for ss2 i tought i would lose the charm the first season has, and i was right.
9. 10. Irresistible Love 2/Uncontrolled Love 2 . This is debatable, since the scene is not really explicit but is touching the way it was filmed, and the intensity of the actors was something else.
10. Now that i think a bit more, i consider HIStory3: Trapped and HIStory 4: Close to you as being similar, not really memorable, but not that bad. I didn`t feel the actors really wanted each other, but more that they did what they did, because they have to. They are lacking something. I was really curious after reading your comment yesterday, and when i watched ep 19 today honestly i was not that impressed, but it was not bad.
When i made this list i only took in consideration as how big of an impact they made on me, as i still remember them even now, that unique and well were done.

In my opinion, Japan usually make the most touching, realistic explicit scenes , they are the top when it come to this, in general not only for bl productions. They don`t shy away in showing and conveying what they want to, and can let long impression in people.
I feel Taiwan and South Korea are close, but they both have a different style. Taiwan is more bold and raw, and South Korea film those scenes very carefully and almost perfectly, but they lack the intensity. The majority of movies in general that have sexual content made by Korea lack impact. it feels flat, because the emotions shown on the faces are lacking.
I think when it comes to bl movies and webseries Korea is a bit better, but they didn`t make a lot in the past and now they are at the stage of only making bl webseries, but maybe things will change in the future. I feel Korea have their own unique charm in making sexual content in bl movies at least, from what they made until now. If they start making them again, they will rival Japan easily.

making unsolicited comments about other people’s bodies/appearance is Not It.
The way he looks don`t necesarily means it`s anorexic, but just that he don`t gain weight easily. Those kind of people exist in real life, i also have some friends like that.
But, yes is not nice to comment on this, even through i know you maybe didn`t mean it in a bad way. Changing a person appearance is not easily and maybe he is content the way he is and how it should be and is not fair to comment in a thing like this, as is superficial and every person has his straights and weaknesses. I consider him really attractive for exemple, he has charisma.

For youu HOOMANS, dont listen to hate comments. Give this drama a shot. You wont regret. Trust me! | Thank you…
I really liked your comment, it was refreshing.
I would like to recommend you to give a chance to the next bl drama that will be released soon and made by Taiwan as well, that will air next week named Be Loved in House: I Do.
I am really looking forward to this after seeing the trailers.
I usually watch japanese bl dramas and movies more frequently and sometime from South Korea.
If you like to watch something that those countries released recently, i can recommend you some of them.
I usually like to watch bl dramas and movies who are more realistic and serious.
And for this drama, even through it has more of a comedic approach, i really liked how balanced it is in respect to have funny moments but have moments who were treated with the seriousity that was needed. And i really liked the acting, who is in my opinion the best compared to how the overall acting from the previous History dramas released, and other bl dramas released from Taiwan until now.
Bl dramas and movies like how i described are more rare than people think.

There is the secret. After the ending... go over
Thank you for this. I was worried it was something bad. UGH, i am relieved. I didn`t mind a little spoiler, now i can watch the last 2 eps happily.

Title Immortality
Is this a BL or just romance between boy & girl
The upcoming drama is an adaptation based on a bl novel
But, being censored, the drama can be enjoyed also by people who like to watch good costume cdramas, or a story that has a good friendship/bromance in it.
I have to say too, that the drama will still most likely hint of something more than friendship between the male leads, after all is not pure bromance. This drama will be similar with how the dramas Untamed, Word of honor, Guardian are made, so if you watched any of these dramas, you will know what to expect.

Easily my favorite season of HIStory so far. Though I'm mainly, if not only, talking about Li Cheng and Mu Ren.…
This is also my favorite History series and my favorite bl drama from Taiwan, at this point. Obviously this will change in the future, i also hope it will change and Taiwan will make only dramas that surpass the others made before them.
Now, i am really looking forward to watch Be Loved in House: I Do, as the actors do seems to be good enough to make their characters have chemistry, and the story seems to have enough depth, from the new trailers released. Is obviously that Hank Wang is the actor to look forward in this drama, and i fell that Aaron Lai is really trying as best as he can to make his character relatable. I think this drama will be a good one.
I actually think History 4 Close to you is an improvement from other History series made until now, because the filming of the scenes is much better than the previous dramas made ( it has a higher budget and it shows), and the main couple is really believable as couple development letting aside the cliches, the fanservice, the problematic aspects of the storyline and comedic approach.
This opinion is solely based on the fact that they have given a consistent couple development for the main couple, and who i can really relate too, and the fact that thay casted the perfect actors for Li Cheng and Muran. It also helps that the actor that plays Xing Si is good, even through i don`t like the second couple, but i like to watch him on screen, so it make it more easy for me to watch their scenes.
The actor who play Li Cheng is the best of the bunch, the way he is acting is really likable, in my opinion. I think i liked the drama this much because of the actors, they are very natural and their expresions are really professional, not overreacting or confusing acting, but straight to the point.
The only other couple who i could relate as much in all History series made until now was Sun Bo Xiang and Lu Zhi Gang for HIStory3: Make Our Days Count. If it weren`t for them being the second couple in History 3, i would droped that drama easily. The main couple IN HISTORY 3 was just hard to watch on screen, and that`s because of the actors, they were just too inexperienced and it shows, i was cringing every time i saw them.
What i say it refers to all the actors cast until now in History series, (with the exception of the actors who played Bo Xiang and Zhi Gang, who were much better), all of them fall a lot short of how a experienced and professional actors ahould act, that`s why i never really liked the History series as much as i wanted until now. Not only the actors looked inexperienced, they were acting like they were afraid of the camera, and it make me disconnect from the story.
I also think the other succesful dramas series, We Best Love season 1 and 2, falls short a lot as well when it comes to not only acting, but a consistent and make sense storyline. I really hated season 2 with all my heart.
The storyline in History 4, close to you also has a lot of moments were it approach things more deeply, like the way Li Chen fall in love with Mu Ren (it didn`t happen overnight, it struggled and it took him some time to recognize his feelings, and i could relate to him), his persistence in pursuing Mu Ren, willingness to not avoid defficult conversations and face everything directly, Mu ren struggling as well (it has impact in my opinion), both taking time to figure out their relationship, the necessary conversations they have). A lot of Mu ren and Li Cheng interactions feels real without being too awkward, this is the reason i like the drama more than i tought.
And god, i hesitated a lot before i started watching this drama.
Anyway, the reason i wrote all this is because i wanted to make you understand and everyone who read my post, of why i think this drama is an improvement from the others History dramas made until now, letting aside the storyline.

before i even start are they like step siblings with a little of blood related or 0% blood relatedlike was one…
They`re not bologically related at all. Yongjie mom married Xing Si dad when they were more young. So step brothers through alliance.

Review Word of Honor
This community got really mad because I made an account the same day I posted my review (I admit I tried to balance…
I can see how those scenes would make you laugh hard hahaha. I am a adult heterosexual woman and some intimate scenes that i encountered in bl novels left me in awe and some i think are too irealistic, or are not needed, hahaha. Most of the time i try to not take them seriously and only retain the most important parts that actually make me undertand the characters interactions better. Some parts of the scenes are really touching and make me love the characters as a couple more.

I thought a lot about what to write about this drama... hmmm, I'll start with the themes for which this drama…
I actually think History 4 Close to you is an improvement from other History series made until now, because the filming of the scenes is much better than the previous dramas made, and the main couple is really believable as couple development letting aside the ciches and comedic approach. And i am really looking forward to watch Be Loved in House: I Do, as it looks like it will be quality wise similarly to this drama from the trailers.
I especially like how the casting was done for History 4 and Be loved in House as all the main couples seems to not only be fit of being the main characters, but they actually feel like they are attracted to each other and that they are believable as couples, is a big change from the past.
I also think because the second couple problematic story, especially that r**e scene, was discussed properly, the characters talked about it and it was resolved i was able to move on quickly . I really appreciated the fact it was not romanticized. I wouldn`t ever forget Yongjie for what he has done, but i am not in Xing Si place and i feel the situation was handled well, so i have nothing to criticize the drama about. The drama was really enjoyable for me to watch, i felt i was a refreshing and relaxing watch.
I liked how the second couple situation was handled in H4, even through i still don`t think they are good for each other, but i hated the problematic scene between Shu Yi and Gao Shi De in ep 2 of We Best Love: Fighting Mr. 2nd and droped the drama after ep 3.
I didn`t like how the forceful way Gao Shi De treated Shuyi, even if he was drunk was not mentioned at all after, as if never existed, as the drama gives the ideea that this kind of behaviour is acceptable in their relationship. The thing that bothered me the most was the way that scene was filmed, as it was romanticizing the situation, it turn me off completely.
I am one of the early watchers of bl dramas and movies, from the period from when BL MOVIES made by Japan when Takumi kun series started to get popular and have appeal to international viewers. I have watched almost all bl dramas and movies made and a lot of them, had scenes like this, especialy since in the past were much frequent, and i learned instinctually what make me more easily accept and appreciate that some scenes are needed and i like how they are resolved, and when some are just badly writed and execute.
I also think people aren`t hard to please in general when it comeed to BL, we don`t need complex and shocking storylines, simple sometimes works better, what is important is the way the story is told. But many dramas just keep making important mistakes and it ruins all the potential the dramas has, and this is encountered in all asian countries, some more and some less. I am happy than i can see some countries making improvements at least.

not the step brother incest shit
Like Badass Bunny has said, it shouldn`t be considered incest, even if they grow up as siblings, legally and biologically this isn`t incest, i don`t want to say anything more.
I also don`t think the story should have been writed this way, i don`t know what is with asian countries and their likes for this kind of story, because even in real life this kind of situations are very rare.
I still don`t think Yongjie and Xing Si are right for each other, and what they have is more of settling for each other and taking advance of each other.
But i am sure in real life, they are some people out there that were brought together as siblings, not of their choice, because their parents married each other, how it happens in this case to. Who after they grow up they started to grow attracted to each other and wanting to be together.
In real life cases like this can happen, they are rare, but it can happen, and if those people know that they love each other as individuals, not because they grow up together and think they are mature enough to face their parents and society to be together we have not right to judge them.
The reason i don`t like that much the dynamic Xing Si and Yongjie have is that i fell Yongjie is too infatuated for his brother and too willing to do everything he wants without considering his own feelings and Xing Si is unconciously taking advance of the power and respect Yongjie has for him to make him do things he might not want. I think they should be more honest and considerant on each other. But they are still at the stage where they are figuring things out, things might get better and work for them in the future, or it might not work.

It ain't incest. There is 0% of same blood in them. Yong Jie doesn't even share same surname LOL.

According to a user from twitter named Alessa mila, who usually translate news from weibo related to some upcoming danmei adaptations dramas, who i come across unto when someone say they are rumors surounding Thousand autumns casting, and because of this i check her channel regularly, they are some new rumors surrounding this drama.

LIVE ACTION TIAN GUAN CI FU
Apparently the main cast is already there, but it will still be kept discreet for x reasons.
The selected actors are always updating their social networks.
But possibly the recordings will not start soon it is rumored that the recordings could begin next year.
