A brilliant 2 part fan edit that gives the leads (and us in the audience) the ending we all deserve.Part 1: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=mz9TjCk_tyQPart…
For future/newbies watchers, this is not a top-notch drama, it has a simple concept and it is a feel good drama with lots of sweet and funny moments that can let you pass those cliché scenarios because they are laughable. If you are into the feel of sitcom, slice of life and romance, then this is a good pick, but you have already been warned not to watch episode 16 because it clearly amplified how weak the writing was to the point of disappointing a lot of viewers not just due to the romance department but because it was anti-climatic and shockingly bad. Don't worry, the chemistry and dynamics of every characters here is good, so just watch episodes 1 - 15 and you're good :>
Hehe I think it was still a romance, but I guess the writing was misguided, especially since the writer wanted to revive the "owning a house" theme but only provided a very short time for it in the ending.
I don't even know if they got back together in the end.
Ah yes, of course the chance is very high but I was just extremely disappointed with the ending xD I can't actually imagine for now that they ended up together because I was so mad.
Couldn't have said it better myself. Episode 16 is a waste of time and emotion for the audience. Bad writing.…
I haven't watched Drinking Solo but now, I have no intentions. xD A Poem A Day was good, though I wished that their relationship got busted by their co-workers but I can forgive it here if the writing did not get bad in the finale. Coming to think of the ending of Monthly Magazine Home again, if that was really the ending then it was not the worst of course, and open endings are not bad if done good, but since the journey towards that which they showed in the end was poorly executed, I am still disappointed. T-T Just can't understand the need to ruin the whole mood of the drama.

I agree with the comments below that they should've started the plot of the father earlier so they can wrap it up nicely, but they didn't, hence it was poorly executed and felt so unnecessary. ;( I thought I can watch a good drama with some cute romance and many laughs plus good poems, but I guess I need to avoid the writer's next work until I read that the ending will be satisfying xD

If them dating at that time is too much because of the unnecessary plot that the writer created in the last episode, still, they should've a proper communication, not her coldy cutting off things with him and with everyone at the end. I hate the time skip, the emotions weren't delivered properly, I never cried or anything at the end, I was just disappointed.
I am still fuming mad, I can’t believe the writer did this to us
Okay, since I can no longer erase the ending on my mind, I will just believe that they can start things new from here without baggages and all. >_< They will date again, get married and they will not be scolded by chief editor because they are finally not dating inside the office. BUT, still the episode was so bad. :(
You do not breakup everytime there is a problem. She was so selfish for just cutting things off like that, I want them to heal but with a proper communication first if she really want to stand on her own and provide time but still not thaaaaaaat. it was already good before the ending.
How do you know that this was not a satisfying end ? We waited till the last minute to hear that beautiful soundtrack…
"The dad says he's sorry and ja sung is shocked, so, they should have TALKED because we're adults here, and really how could she break up with him, aside shin he has nobody, she did in a way what her father did before. So, I'm sorry but you can't come 3 years later and smile to each other."
I seriously can't understand why the writing on this episode cannot be better than the previous dramas of 2000s.
The last episode disappointed me a lot, I felt like I wasted my time. From the start, the drama was good, funny and simple, it was not extravagant. It wasn't a 9 or 10 for me, but, it was a solid 8.5, but with that kind of ending, I am putting a 7 for now, because my disappointment with the writing was still very high.
It was really bad. The writer played with our feelings with episode 11, 12, 13 and 14 with the breakup and getting back together. They were so happy, they were each other's home. The writer sold it as a romance then in the end...what it was trying to prove? Independence? Moving on? Moving forward? Letting go? Fresh start? But it was poorly executed.
They were both adults, what's up with the messed up emotions in the previous episodes when the resolution that the writer really want is about independence and owning a house. Come on, those themes are not bad, but the writer should've expanded it on the previous episodes but not where it only has 30 mins to end the show. The writer shrugged off the major themes of "owning a house" and "independence" to give way to the cute, funny, sweet romance in previous episodes to the last episode where every kind of unfortunate scenario seems idiocy.
Na Young-won and Yoo Ja-sung--they were both selfish. I have a lot to say to our leading lady Young-won who says so much about "not letting go of hand", but immediately cut off things. That is definitely not a grown up woman would do or say to her man after she found that he was betrayed by her father, instead, you could've talked things with him and tried to rebuild your relationship. If you need months to one year to cool off then so be it, if you still loved one another after that then get married or date again. You don't need that cold and unnecessary time skip when things can get better if the viewers are not left to wonder what would happen to them through a proper communication.
Seriously, the end was bad in so many ways, even the emotions weren't delivered. If only this show never tried to sold off the idea of main lead romance then that ending won't be as bad as it is now. You provided an ultimately cute episode to the point of being an almost a filler (ep 15) when you wanted to drop that twist in episode 16. That is bad writing. People, watched until episode 15 then moved to the last 5 minutes of episode 16 so you won't feel THIS bad.
ps: I edited this to properly convey my feelings xD They were so many typos and grammatical errors xD
Those people who find the drama boring are the 1% of earth's population lolxDThis drama has a very high score…
It's always like that in every comment sections of great dramas. Lol. That's why you cannot just trust comments, every drama must be watched before one can create its own judgement, because each to its own. :> For me, Flower of Evil is a beautiful drama; I've never complimented a drama this much, it's masterfully created, I'm in awe especially as I watched them wrapped the drama at the last episode. ^_^
I think the biggest reason people find this drama boring is because they enter thinking it's only a crime thriller.…
You just promoted this drama better xD But, everything you said about this drama is perfect. It was so beautiful from episode 1 to last. Genuinely beautiful.
