truly this writer has a great way with friendship, teamwork, camraderie and that's the joy of it. she has had romance b4 but nothing this (imo) dumb but those are rly the best part. she's so good at it
you know what i can compare this a lot to inspector jo (in terms of writing/tone and some of the messages but not the subject matter) and where i think it (this show) fails with regards to the relationships. i'm still excited to see what the writer does next. i know the cast is stellar and they picked a good group.

i have a review in the review section! and there's some pretty good reviews there too—always helpful. i would read both positive and negative ones! and there are some things that do stick out for me but i don't want to spoil it :P
personally, my favorite eps are the last 2 and the build-up to it is good. i think the last two eps made me really like kiyoi but both are (mildly) relateable characters. when you finish, comment back here and we can discuss! hopefully u won't regret it! (also google lollipopsubs + name of show so you can get the good subtitles if/when you do watch)

np vegan pancake :) and no not at all no one in the world like notices it or thinks it's bad. the only person who dislikes the other half of the couple is one who is interested in the other boy. it's pretty self-contained so the few characters are the high schoolers in the past and then the cast members and the boy that likes one of the MCs (hira) who kiyoi gets jealous of. they are both effectively estranged from their families and have limited friends

after strangers frm hell this is LDW's best. he's not a great actor imo but he's great at 1. being a psycho (even tho i heard that took a huge toll on him) and 2. being HILARIOUS. what a fun show. messy, violent, at times unnecessarily death heavy but bonkers and fun esp the core characters rly wasnt expecting to have this much fun watching it
