Yes, he does but not under his own name. He bought his parents the house and he's stock trading under his mother's name - I think it's because he got blacklisted in this field after... whatever happened in the past. So yeah, he's earning hundreds of thousands now instead of millions like before.
YH owns that house. In one of the earlier episode, he said he paid for it.
Yang Hua's mom is not so much worried about him but about what people might think of him, being an almost 30 unmarried "shut-in" , and by proxy of her. She wants to be able to flaunt him like she probably did when he was certified a genius with an IQ of 146, graduated first in his class from university and got a high-paying job at a big company. His current way of living doesn't fit into her image of what her son should be like. She wants a poster child, not a good kid.

Can You spoil me i plan watch but before start i saw reviews everyone talk about FL carrier and life, what about…
So far, his past has been revealed bit by bit, in flashbacks. He's a certified genius with an IQ of 146, he graduated top of his class at the university and he worked for some big company but then he lost his job and his girlfriend and became basically a shut-in with one friend and a pet turtle. He's very pro-justice and he hates those who abuse their power. It looks like his old boss did something illegal or at least immoral and Yang Hua tried to stop him for which he got blacklisted in his field. Apparently, he's never told anyone. Now, he's suffering from social anxiety disorder. In one of the BTS vids/trailers, we saw him abruptly leaving some social event that he attended with Qin Shi and then having a panic attack in the bathroom. And in the same trailer, we hear Qin Shi saying, "So far, you've been taking care of me. Now I will take care of you."
I'm loving Xu Kai's real voice. It's so soft and warm. From I understand he had to really up his Mandarin to be able to dub himself as the director requested since his native language is Cantonese.
I can't wait for Yang Hua's past to come haunt him. I think the first half of the drama will be about Qin Shi establishing a position for herself at her company, the second half will be about Yang Hua facing whatever happened to him in the past. Like Qin Shi said in one of the trailers...
I'm intrigued as well. Somehow I can relate to his social withdrawal. I think he used to work in big company or…
I think he uncovered something bad in that company he worked for and it cost him his job and his girlfriend - like his friend mentioned. He's obviously very pro-justice and against lying and the abuse of power. And I think he never told anyone what really happened.
I'm so intrigued by Yang Hua and what happened to him in the past. This vid has some spoilers about why he's behaving the way he is, what's causing it, that it's not just him being a big baby like his mother thinks, there's an actual reason for it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AHvJXTrJyA
The bad guy is this was truly powerful. I don't think I have ever seen a show where the bad guy played the good…
Yeah, I was surprised by how powerful he was. I was a bit anxious if they could even win against him. Especially with this being a Jdrama where happy endings are not exactly the rule.
Rumor is going around - yet again! - that She and Her Perfect Husband should air in November. But it's been rumored to air and then postponed so many times already that it's better taken with a mountain of salt. We won't probably hear of any of his dramas airing till the day before they actually do air. He's one busy bee - only interested in working and little in the trimmings around it - so he has already so many dramas in the can and gathering dust...
everyone wake up!!! we're getting sachio hereee T____Thttps://twitter.com/HiGH_LOW_PR/status/1562394285538004994?t=VQFGlwxqieJyoU9vpI3qDQ&s=19
Honestly, that made me insanely happy. A "special appearance" - which means very limited time on-screen - is still better than nothing. I couldn't imagine having Housen's people there without Sachi's prensence.
I'm so happy that Sachi will be there! I mean, I get that Shison Jun probably couldn't squeeze in more time, considering his busy schedule and his severe health problems on top of that, so I'm very glad for crumbs.
is it true he left gmmtv? someone just told me that
Sorry for chiming in so late. No, he's still with GMMTV but his contract allows him to star in other productions. Lately, it's been mostly One31. After receiving the main part in Love and Fortune which was well received in Thailand and even aired on Disney+, One31 immediately locked him in for the main parts in three other lakorns which is why some Thai press accounts started calling him One31's Golden Boy/favorite actor. I guess they realized that he drew in a big crowd, even from foreign countries, which is why they actually subbed Love and Fortune on YT. It's one of their first lakorns - if not THE first but I can't confirm that - that they actually subbed. Newwiee made it BIG TIME.

This looks absolutely fantastic. The CGI is top notch!
It looks so good! Hopefully, it'll get subbed.
