Lu Feng Ping is abit too laid back and not too smart is he?
He is putting up a good front. In one of the eps we see him going back to the HQ, heavily trudging up the stairs, then holding onto the door for a moment, taking a breath, straightening his shoulders, putting a huge smile on his face and then bursting in like he has no care in the world. And his mother's advice was to take a lollipop when he feels bad - he's going through them like a chain smoker through cigarettes.

The subs are calling him "wind" lol could be the direct translation idk
Yes, it's a direct translation of his name. Feng 风 means wind.
On Desire Catcher Apr 24, 2023
Hm, the subs aren't half bad. Sure, it's annoying when they translate Lu Fengping's name but other than that, I haven't gotten lost yet. I would say it's Justice in the Dark level which also needed some reading between the lines. Or I just got used to deciphering them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

where can we watch this?
Mgtv has the first two eps on their web site for free subbed. And it looks like the subs aren't half bad. Not excellent but at least I didn't get too lost.

Was the place with the bridge in another country? Korea maybe? I couldn't remember. But, yeah. I believe the wedding…
Because he was back home, helping his dad, I guess? In the post-credit scene we see him heading towards the Bangkok departures at the airport, I think.

It was in Thailand, in Bangkok, if I'm not mistaken, which I might be.

Actually your point is wrong bc Lue were trying to make Ken accept him as a individual. Din had to die for Lue…
Agree to disagree ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
On Chains of Heart Apr 22, 2023
For me, this was definitely a 9/10 drama. Loved it! And Lue was absolutely ah-mazing in the finale. The scene where he slashed Ingpha's men to pieces in the woods was breathtaking.

Not many will see it that way. The ending just sucks. And the rating will suffer even more. Rightfully so. Dam…

Yes, I'm sure. Their promise weaves like a red thread throughout the drama. Their promise, the legend of the star-crossed lovers meeting again after many obstacles.
On Chains of Heart Apr 22, 2023
Wow, the ending was perfect! It was EXACTLY what I wanted! Gosh, I'm so in love with this drama. Every hint dropped throughout the series paid off - the star-crossed lovers, their promise, the fact that Lue kept repeating to Ken that Din was dead, that he wouldn't and couldn't come back - he did murder people, after all, there was no way back for him to his life. And then the very ending!!! Loved it.

I dont get what just happened in this last episode? Can someone explain?
No one has seen Lue since then - until Sai's wedding, which will be... on the 7th day of the 7th month, the day Din promised to meet Ken. So they will meet again, at Sai's wedding. It's all back to their promise. It's a happy ending, though it's not closed in the series itself.

i'm struggling to get through ep 1 and 2 can someone tell me what they like about this series? i liked kp and…
The cinematography, the music - the tunes are ah-mazing! - and the story itself which forces me to engage my little grey cells, I don't get an easy plot all served up on a silver platter, I have to connect the dots. But mainly and mostly? Boom Raweewit as Lue. His performance is honestly enthralling. He has an exceptional way of portraying emotions simply through his expression, no shouting or arm waving, just with his eyes.

Yes, it's true that Boom is amazing. I can't take my eyes off him.I am waiting for his new dramas in which he…
Agreed! He's just... wow. Gripping. I don't think any of the dramas he has listed here is still in production but I hope that Chains of Heart and the amazing performance he gave as Lue will land him more roles. And just as beefy, no empty fluff.
