I'd only seen her in Memorist, and I was so upset to hear she was cast in this for Junho's FL. Add to that how awkward they looked at the Baeksangs and I was ready to feel bad for this show. I'm so glad I was totally wrong.

I told myself before TRS started that, if it turned out to be awful, I'll just rewatch the teasers to my heart's content, worse comes to worst. It's still my man Junho, I'll forgive anything. Hell I watched Wok of Love a few times just for him, I can make up my own version of TRS to satisfy me 🤣

There are plenty of good idol actors, Junho is one of them, one thing doesn't negate the other. I didn't find Rowoon offensive in that lipstick drama, he was serviceable enough. A sageuk is something else, tho.

Yeah, exactly! Also Park Eun Bin is faaaaaar out-acting him. It's a shame, she's so good. But I have a hard time buying her as a man.

Now Yoon Eun Hye in Coffee Prince, she's my gold standard for gender bender - it absolutely can be done well, I just didn't buy it here.

I dropped it a few episodes in. The suspension of disbelief it requires is too much for me. And Rowoon seems miscast 🤷‍♀️

I believe all those teasers were standalones, I don't think they're part of the drama, but I may be wrong. I know they made a comment in some bts clip (I think it was for the teaser with the back hug) that they'd had more skinship in the teasers than in what they'd filmed so far for the drama, so the scenes may not be part of the script. I think the lines that are recited are part of the script, tho?

I know it's still halfway, but from Dec 13 to the 27 they will open a pre-order period for the director's cut blu-ray, in case there's interest. Posting details on the discussion thread shortly
