And the reason why CK doesn't like the snow, I wonder if anyone picked this up is actually really touching to me because the reason was that XY died in the snow in their first(real) mortal tribulation (he didn't like the snow because that was a painful memory for him and seeing her in the snow where she's weak and was sleeping and have fainted in that scene again(in the second mortal tribulation) really did scared him because he thought he had lost her for good (again) and this is only just their mortal tribulation(that whole scene touched me to be honest) especially the reason why CK didn't like the snow on his end

What that annoying bastard (XM) does by leading to their death in each tribulation will only quicken the pace for them to finish the mortal tribulation and them returning to the heaven realm. I see that annoying XM as a plot device for that so his character is going to be annoying!!

CK(immortal self) is still LCK(his mortal self), it's just that the latter was more expressive and open with his feelings for her.
Just like what Immortal Li(who wrote the book of fate) said, when they were undergoing their mortal tribulation , their underlying(real) personality will show itself so how LCK felt is the same as how CK will feel (but in a more unrestrained way)
XY didn't know that the LCK she came to love is still a side / part to him that is now CK(where he's a mix of his previous god of war self and the him that developed these human emotions of love), because she saw that their mortal tribulation has ended when they return back to the heaven realm
But just like what CK said when she was drunk asleep that as long as she still remembers LCK than LCK is never gone(will always be there), he will still be the LCK that she loves.
I am going to enjoy this Shifu(Shizun) and disciple relationship!
And that Snow scene reminded me to the novel how he didn't like the snow as well because in her first life time she died in the snow and never open her eyes again ππ
