Title Love You Seven Times Spoiler
Oh I was wondering one thing... When their 3rd life was ending when xiaoxiang jumped of the cliff why did she…
Because in that 3rd mortal tribulation it was CK sacrificing for her instead which break the cycle, being different to the previous two mortal tribulation. The previous two, CK primordial spirit recovered a little after the mortal tribulation because XY protected and died for him instead. This time in the third life, it was a different outcome for both of them.

The mark on her forehead is a symbolic of how her primordial spirit recovered from this third life this time. When CK sacrificed for her and died for her instead, the result for this mortal tribulation is that she gained from that third life mortal tribulation.

So for them, the result of improving one primordial spirit is dependent on who sacrifice for who. This is only like this for them because their primordial spirit is of the same origin.

My theory is similar to yours. I am theorizing on the premise that the emperor is the villain. I think what happened…
Yes, your theories is very similar to mine as well and I also think that it was the heavenly emperor that is the real villain, made XM misunderstood CK, and wiped away that part of the memories (or maybe it was sealed or something) where CK doesn't remember that part of the battle and what happened.

I think what the red thread master said about how XY was a cloud first who always like to stay by CK side (or where he is), is actually true, before she formed a physical body and got reborn as XY.
On Love You Seven Times Aug 19, 2023
You know I actually find it funny how in episode 22, the role was kinda reversed where CK was more worried for XY in jumping down into the Mortal Realm to start their next life.

Like, in that scene I was thinking of the parallel, and differences

Back then, in episode 1
- It was XY who was trying to be extra careful and she was watching each of her step to not fall in.

- CK was like, if you want to jump, then jump, he's not going to stop her (because he didn't care back then)

Now, in episode 22

- XY really wanted to jump in there to the mortal realm

- CK was the one who is worried for her, telling her to be careful, watch her steps, to not fall in, he even tell her to come back to his side

I mean these parallel, changes and developments between back then and now made me really like the comparison between the two scenes.

The reason I find that scene funny is because back then CK was like, jump in if you like, I don't care, and I won't go to save you since it's just a mortal tribulation for you anyway. But now, he really genuinely care for her safety that even if it's just a mortal tribulation for her, he will go after her because he worries about her and I'm like ❤️❤️

Yes! So cute!
The episode that just aired/latest episode. When he wish her a happy birthday. It was just after the scene he kissed her forehead, then the scene got transitioned to the two clouds which was separated at first and then became one and formed a heart shape. I thought that was really sweet and romantic IMO

I literally thought exactly the same as soon as the spell failed. He has already casted it on her and that’s…
My thoughts exactly! Which makes sense actually like another puzzle put together.
Replying to trunkenta18 Aug 19, 2023
My theory is that it’s the other way round. Maybe CH was the one who casted the spell on CK. She took 90% of…
My understanding to this spell was per what CK have explained that this is a spell that is a family tradition which was pass down from generation to generation. I don't think that CH was part of his clan.

If it was CH who cast this on CK then it wouldn't stop CK from being able to cast his own spell on someone else.

The only reason why he couldn't is because this spell, which is used only when you have decided that person is your lifelong partner can only be used once. Since he already used that on CH in the past, this is why he can't use it again.

If you watch this mv, video, duration at 2:40, https://youtu.be/IzFboSKLkpI there's a scene where CK was fighting someone which you don't know who that person is while protecting CH at the same time. I'm pretty sure this person was the heavenly emperor.

Also if you go back and watch the previous episode and look at the flashback again where XM was remembering the scene where he went to the scene and the heavenly emperor told him CH is dead and CK was lying unconscious. Pay attention to what he was holding which looked like the belt ribbon that might have been from CH. I remember seeing a scene / Clip where CH was standing at the edge of the cliff and she said "Chu Kong, you need to live on well" , I think she might have sacrificed herself to end this whole war and jumped off the cliff, CK went to grabbed her but it was too late but he was unconscious at that scene holding onto the belt ribbon(which I think is from CH)

So being CK who was the one who cast it back then personally would make sense to me instead, because that would explain why his primordial spirit was greatly damaged to the point that he lost most of his powers, CH becoming a cloud first and was able to be reborn because her primordial spirit was saved from the spell despite she sacrificed herself in the process. I'm just saying it makes more sense to me that CK cast the spell on her because of all things considered which that would also explain why they are from the same origin due to the spell be cast on CH back then which he can't cast again on his end.

Anyways these are my guesses by the scenes and analysis I picked up. In the end, I guess we will have to wait and see when that is revealed to us.

I think the same, that's why CK lost half of his power 30k years ago and they have the same source of power now
Yeah I mean it link and connect the dots together and would explain a few things like why he can't cast it again, and why his primordial spirit was greatly damaged back then was due to the backfire of what happened to CH when she "died" and like you said, now they have the same source of power as well.

Omg I love how we get hints like this thrown at us and we just put the puzzles together.

And did you noticed that after CK kissed her forehead, the two clouds which was separated at first became one and if formed a heart shape? ❤️
On Love You Seven Times Aug 19, 2023
I am having that feeling that the Soul Protecting spell failed on her is because CK already cast that on CH in the past, although CH is dead and is reborn as XY, that spell is still in her "Soul"(Primordial Spirit), since like CK said that in his clan, which is a spell that is passed down from generation to generation, that if one is decided with that person as a lifelong partner, you can only use it once. But that was a memory CK has forgotten (could be because of what the heavenly emperor did), so he didn't know he had already cast it before

Her "Soul" is still protected all this time and that probably would explain why CK primordial spirit is greatly damaged(how it happened) because of what happened to CH

Maybe this "soul protecting spell" is still inside XY because in the end CH is XY

Just my theory when watching that scene.

The snow scene at the end of 3rd life is so sad yet beautiful. I cried so hard. I were still crying while watching…
I started sobbing and crying when CK said her "did you remember what I told you previously?"(and then the flashback to what he told her that if he's gone, she needs to live on well etc", then he said the same thing back to her before he kissed her and my tears came and started crying because I know what he was about to do. That whole scene got me. Tragic yet touching at the same time! How he told her to live on well was what she said the same to him in their previously mortal tribulation.

They did a live broadcast yesterday - DYX had come straight from filming and towards the end of the interview…
That is why I said I like and prefer their characterization better in the drama when compared to the novel.

I don't mind xianxia being sad as long as it leads to a touching outcome where they get a happy ending at the end to make up for their suffering.

I don't like if xianxia gives and open or bad ending to a pairing I love though. That's why I said for xianxia it is dependent on the story etc.

If that so, she died for her love, CK. XM has no right to judge CK. The way he is treating CK as bad guy here…
CK is misunderstood so much....

He even told XM that he will help him uncover the truth and it annoys me how he just doesn't want his help even when he knows that CK really wanted to help.

He just didn't trust him and labelled him as the one who killed her although when he asked that question "did you really kill her back then" shows he's already doubting from what he "know" on his end(so a part of him don't think it's CK that kill her)

Ohh so it's by the same author as LBFAD and BFTB. I only notice that LBFAD and BFTB is the same author, didn't know this one was too.

To be honest I am reading the novel to this drama now but I personally like the characterization of the main characters in the drama better for my preference. So I am enjoying the drama so far for their character and romance. Xianxia is my favourite genre but I don't watch all xianxia, to me it depends if the story and characters appeals to me or not. This one does though.

Title Love You Seven Times Spoiler
I bet he killed cang hai too and set up his brother for the murder
The fact that he have the heart to look into this and see it in XM views that CH might have been wronged goes to show that perhaps deep down it resonates inside him as well(even without that part of his memories of her) that he also believed that there's more to it than what he was told by the heavenly emperor.

So I do think it is the heavenly emperor who killed her, but one thing I do believe is that CK is innocent and he didn't kill her.

Yeah CK memories on that part of what happened back then and her memories of CH was completely forgotten, definitely think it's the heavenly emperor doing since he needed to cover up!
On Love You Seven Times Aug 18, 2023
Even back then 30,000 years ago, I don't think that CH and XM are lovers, but it was XM one sided love for her...

I mean , come on, the fact that she felt a sense of familiarity towards CK when she first saw him and didn't feel anything for XM goes to shows it.

I actually think that CK and CH were in love back then (and CH = reborn XY now), but the evil heavenly emperor separated them because he sees CH a threat... (Or for whatever his reasons was)

But that's just my guess. I guess we will find out when the past is revealed to us.

No way I believe that CH loved XM back then (I find it really hard to believe).

I don't get it what does this have to do with LBFAD? The story is not even related.

I have a feeling it wasn't CK who killed CH but CH sacrificed herself and CK was trying to save her but he couldn't. Maybe that's how is primordial spirit is greatly damaged.

And the heavenly emperor wiped that part of the memories CK have for CH (my guess anyways)

But we don't know the full story

I still believe CK didn't kill CH but it was was misunderstanding formed by XM because he didn't know the full story of what happened.
