I saw YCY in the Journey of Chongzi before (first drama I saw her in), both occasions I'm fine with her. I don't find her acting boring because she can bring out a side to the character that makes it feels natural.
I am personally not a fan of YCY on my end but she's better than some actress that I know. At least I personally like her better than some actress (whose name I won't name).

The artist way of supporting their co workers may delete posts to not give toxics a chance to comment on it to protect their co worker, as from what I've read others observe is that DYX have deleted some of the live stream to not trigger any topic to protect YCY. It is not vocal but his actions is his way of defending YCY on his end.
Some of them are not just anti but are paid haters so they get paid to do the job, so don't give the haters what they want by commenting because the more you do the more it will never end.

So the scene started off with a flashback explaining what happened 30,000 years ago.
Where, CH said to CK "you need to live on well", then the scene transitioned to CK taking the lightning strike for XY, where he said "I will not let you go through this alone".
So CH and CK originally are on opposite sides, where CH is from the MuoLuo Clan, and it was said that the heavenly king was really heartless, afraid of CH position, so he used his own brother (CK) to get close to CH. CH being part of the Muo Luo Clan, it was also said that JL is CH most faithful subordinate. Through the time CK and CH spent together they developed feelings for each other and fallen in love, and was even going to get married. In the wedding scene, CK and CH have taken a part of their soul and put that into the red string, the same red string that later was tied to XY and CK (as we saw in episode 1).
When CK and CH drank their wedding wine, CK wine was poisoned, and fainted. And then during this time, CH was under the attack of the heavenly emperor ambush. The awakened CK(afterwards), wanted to save CH, but was injured by his brother (heavenly emperor), CH can't bear to watch CK get hurt or die in her place, so she sacrificed herself by jumping off the cliff, where her soul is scattered, CK saved part of her soul, which I am guessing is one of the reason that allowed her to be reborn on her end. This is pretty much a summary of the past (according to what was said in this video by the narrator), this is roughly from what I understood.
I didn't translate the latter half but to sum it up briefly on the latter part is that in the current tribulation because of the danger ahead, CK is training XY(a bit too hard) so she can protect herself, while she is still inside CK mortal body.
When XY(in CK body fell down), although it was said that CK wanted to help her up(but again, because it was part of the whole training), he didn't, which kinda upset XY, so when they're back to normal(back to their own body), XY will settle the scores with him for the past few situations. The next scene was showing XY asking CK "Is if from that moment, that your heart already have me? (/have fallen in love with me?)", CK cannot stand the pressure and XY can see through his expression(to her question), it's because XY couldn't let this slide with a thick face, she boldly asked the question and the previous life etc etc is now settled in the open.
