But honestly, what CC said to WS prior to that was pretty clear to me he no longer loves him or have a place for him in his heart, he will remember it as a scar that he is trying to recover from and get over it.
This trigger will happen after he breaks up with WSW because after he break up with WSW it makes him recognize how he really feels deep down and confront his feelings deep down without hiding from this pain(scar) and to finally overcome and heal from it. That thing that was left unresolved for 6 years...is finally coming to a conclusion
Once again, as a reminder, in this episode it clearly highlights that Chi Cheng wanted to tell Wei Wei his mother's condition when he said to Wu Ma lets just tell WSW about this.
And once again, it was Wu Ma who denied it and didn't want Wei Wei to know.
So I hope that people will try to take a moment that Chi Cheng reckon Wei Wei has the right to know and she should tell him, but Wu Ma didn't want him to know because she didn't want Wei Wei to suffer from knowing the truth.
But honestly when she forbid Chi Cheng from telling Wei Wei again, my heart just hurts for Chi Cheng because he has a lot of weigh and load to hold onto and I know deep down he wants to tell Wei Wei but this whole conflict that he was put into because he was respecting Wu Ma's wish.
That is also why I can understand why he lashed out at Wei Wei when he found out that he stayed over at WZ house because yes he's jealous but I felt like this whole weight that he's been holding on is taking a toll on his body both physically and emotionally :(

WS thought if WSW is out of the picture, CC will choose him, but he won't. That is a slap to his face and the final resolution where CC can finally openly say to him he no longer loves WS in his face.

He literally said it before that, he no longer loves WS, he stopped loving him 1 year ago when he said his heart no longer belongs to him

Actually the funny thing was, when ZY said the relationship between CC and WS was 7 years in their interview, Tian actually corrected him and said it is 6 years not 7 also. Like when he said that, 6 is the max, and won't have it more than that being 7
The irony how we all want ChiWei to break up in today's episode and by the end I am like "sh*t they didn't break up" so it got dragged to tomorrow's episode.
Honestly wanted to get this whole angst over and done with... that means tomorrow it will end in a cliffhanger OMG!!

As much as I love ChiWei. I actually prefer they break up in today's episode(17). At least that way we have tomorrow to recover and next week (next Monday if possible) to get back together.
If they are going to break up and it is unavoidable then do this sooner rather than later to not drag it out.
After the whole divorce era, they better compensate us with those sweet ChiWei scenes to make up for what they put us through...

I started reading the novel and I didn't like it lol. Although I am reading after the break up era since that is when they got all their issues over and I will see where that leads me.

Some scenes in reference to that post, when CC played the piano for Wei Wei at the university...
That whole scene where they kissed at the basketball court(which was said they spent the whole afternoon filming that kiss scene) was deleted.
I think I am more sad at the piano scene than compared to the kiss scenes because I know Tian also plays a piano in real life and I was looking forward to that scene onscreen... Especially when he's playing it for Wei Wei
For me personally, I am not a supporter of those deleted scenes especially when those scenes is something I like to see and especially ones where I know the actors spends a lot of time filming that take on their side... I still find it disrespectful to the actors who puts their effort to filming certain scenes but then gets deleted. If they are going to delete it then just leave it in the dark and not expose it because that is when it gets messy and hurts fans who love the series imo. I know some are fine with it judging by the comments but I also know why some fans is upset about this.
Also, expressing disappointment is fine imo(thats what feedbacks is for), but people should do it in a constructive criticism manner in giving feedback, and I don't think fans or those people should go to that extent to target the production team with hate like that..maybe some constructive criticism and do it in a more mature manner as a way of giving feedback but never to that level of hate etc.
Because of those people we don't get daily updates of BTS anymore and I am very sad about that since those BTS is what makes me happy...

So far I know two scenes was deleted which I wish it wasn't.
I know this is part of the editing process but, I still find it disappointing on my side, that is just me giving my honest feelings.
I will still watch the drama as a whole and will judge this when the drama finish airing.
