I think if i remember correctly BFTB ending let TY and YH hug and kiss(although that kiss could be better haha) but in the end, that ending was done better for me since honestly at that time I lost hope in xianxia happy ending since it is always the typical last minute ending where one of them dies and comes back(usually it is the ML here), but in BFTB, it is the FL(YH), so it was done differently and a refreshing way, I'm just happy we got more than those typical overused last minute HE where they don't talk, don't interact and just stare at each other.
If the feeling of "I wanted more" this was how I feel towards ALP and TLI ending, but TLI ending made me appreciate ALP ending better 😅 and MM ending IMO is the best and most satisfying ending for the main pair!

In summary, MM ending is loveable in my eyes because we got a satisfying and conclusive ending for the Main Pairing, and the other side characters was implied and confirmed they will return one day (so that is a hopeful happy ending for our beloved side characters who died for the great cause). The writers didn't have to give us this part for the side characters but they did, furthermore, it was further emphasized that whoever made it on that list(which was listed by BS) in the epilogue, will eventually come back one day, so for including that in makes me love the writers for this.
If they have everyone return by the ending than it felt like it is a forced and unrealistic happy ending just to cram it all in the last minute which will lose its charm in that sense that they did it for the sake of doing it imo. So this ending was a happy and satisfying for me

In the backstory Jing Yuan love Xing Yue(that is the goddess he was searching for), so after the ancient war, Jing Yuan was searching everywhere to find Xing Yue again.
But the Gods no longer exists after the ancient war since the God Realm was destroyed.
As for "How" Jing Yuan managed to keep a part of himself to search for Xing Yue, that is a BIG spoiler so it is better you just watch and see for yourself. It will definitely be explained to you when that time comes. No point getting spoiled and being confused even more since you will only lose the flow to the story presented

When you are reincarnated you don't need to be the exact same person as your past self. CZ life experiences in this current life is a complete different person to his previous life, so in this life, he is CZ with his own morals and beliefs and he would walk that path he wants to walk on. He and Mo Li is completely different so it is understandable why he didn't want to follow or embrace that side to his past life.

I actually like and prefer the aesthetic in MM better on my end.
When I watched MM (before I read the novel to MM that is), I thought it was something that was changed in MM for "Tianqi's appearance" since in ALP, despite he wore purple, but he didn't have purple hair(purple shades of his hair) or his eyes weren't purple, so only after I start reading the novel to MM, that I realized that the 'appearance' part was followed more accurately for his character in MM when compared to ALP. The purple moon was also shown in MM too.
For me, I love the purple aesthetics from his hair and eyes. I found that pretty cool and unique that makes him looks special and cooler IMO.
