Understand it's essential because I think they're also trying to create awareness among their citizens of the sacrifices made by their aerospace industry. I usually put on 2.0x speed. Can see and read subs on what's happening because I don't want to miss any important parts.
To be honest, if this is not a YY & Reba drama, someone would have to tie me to a chair and sew my eyelids open to watch a documentary where I can only see a rover or a bunch of experts discussing stuff which I do not have the mental capacity to understand. Even with my eyes sewn, I may still opt to watch paint dry on the wall.

If I ever had a math teacher that look like YY, I may have won some awards for maths 🤣

I thought both the game and drama is under Tencent? They should clarify. It's so unfair to those involved in the production of the drama for their success/popularity be wrongly attributed to 'forced' viewing.

I think it was hard for Reba as he took the courage (again) to bravely confess with such an expectant look on her face. The disappointment ain't her face made my heart break and no wonder YT cried too. We can literally hear both their hearts cracking.

Agree. Her life may feel a little empty without YT but she has been doing well alone too. It would be out if character to wallow in self-pity. She's a go-getter with positive attitude. Regardless of how sad, life still has to go on and she has so many things to keep her busy.

Haven't watch that. I usually watch dramas after they finish airing because the wait is torture. Made an exception for few dramas and YAMG is one if them.

I second this. Appreciate you taking the time to analyse everything based on just a person's comment even though we all know it's just a drama based on a novel written in 2017.
For me, I like to watch drama which is as close to reality as possible minus the bad things (happy endings are a must which is why I read the novel and spoilers so that I can steer clear away from bad endings). We have to face the fact that in real life, this kind of scenario rarely works out as nicely in drama and watch to release stress and also give us hope that things have the chance to turn better.
If one wants their personal life to pan out exactly like the drama, important criterias are, must be genius and look like YY. Otherwise, why would a beautiful actress at the peak of her career still remember a classmate like him and seek his help. She could easily afford to find other professional player and get them to sign a confidentiality agreement or something.
Now, if you really are a genius and look like YY, most will likely not turn down a request from a former classmate unless he is already attached or too busy to do so. He was on a hiatus and originally thought of helping via online lessons since this person is one of his QQ friend. He didn't turn down the offer to be coach after knowing it's actually JJ.
