For a 19 year old, you seem to have more common sense and mature than other teens. I think nowadays most are influenced by movies/dramas where one-night stand is common or physical relationship progress at the speed of light. So, to watch a drama where the couple takes time to build up a relationship may not be their cup of tea.

Poor YT always going around with a frown like someone with so much to worry about. Looks like a lost, sad 'puppy' that only JJ can help. I think this role may cause YY to age a decade, lol....

Another cute guy, but I don't know why - I can only watch his pairing with Bai Lu. other FL doesn't make him 'shine' so much.

Please go watch... I put off watching due to some comments about incestuous relationship or something and found out later it was way off the mark. This shows that we should read comments and take it with a pinch of salt. Watch and make our own judgement because 'one man's meat is another man's posion'.
Really love the drama and Seven Tan. Come to think of it, her age gap with the ML was also similar to Reba and Leo Wu in TLB but nobody is making a big deal out of it. Reba really does have strong fans and anti-fans.

Good that Chelsea93 brought this up because I wondered about that but no subtitles are provided for most of the messages they see on their phone so I forgot about it.

Please read if you don't mind spoilers. I read the novel few times while waiting for drama to air and really loved it - short and sweet. Now I may have forgotten some parts but as the drama progresses starting to recall.

Really beggars belief how crazy people can be. Just because you like another drama or actor/actress you shouldn't be rating others unfairly without even watching. Maybe these are young fans cos I doubt any mature adult would resort to such childish behaviour.

I'm wondering, does MDL have some control in place or allow us to lodge report on suspicious rating? Meaning if someone just sign-up, rate 0 or less than 3 for the drama then log-off it should trigger invalid rating? Where can we see who are the ones giving the rating? Sorry, I usually don't have much time to watch dramas - only during lockdown can have the chance. I rate only after I finish watching or decide to drop the drama but made an exception for this drama because just got to know haters are sabotaging the rating. If I knew it happened during TLB screening I would rate it then too.

Agree. QJJ is indeed brave (or young and naive) to just walk up straight to a guy and confess. As she said, the guy (YT) rejected her graciously and I think so too. I used to dislike most of the ML in the dramas she acted in (with the exception of TLB) but in this drama, even though the male lead rejected her twice, he was still kind and gracious - just cold and aloof.

More or less same here. As much as I love these 2 eye candies, the only drama I have completed are Reba's TLB and YY's Love O2O & King's Avatar. But, I recall reading somewhere that in King's Avatar it was not YY's voice but the voice of the anime voice actor.

Me too. But the novel is kinda short so they can't really drag it out.

I also prefer if Reba have less make-up on and don't use garish red lipstick. Her natural looks in TLB was much better. Fortunately so far YY's lipstick isn't too red. I was kinda distracted at times by how red his lips were in The King's Avatar. Both of them are already good looking without those extra make-up on.

I think the english subs is sometimes unable to convey the actual scenario as depicted in the novel (I read the translated novel which is why could understand better). JJ said her parents are home because Yu Tu would not visit a female's home - in fact, he said he will make sure her complaints will be looked into immediately which is when she said someone came but it didn't solve the problem and with (elderly) parents at home she's worried about their health etc...
Even the part when Yu Tu's room mate ask what Cotton (JJ) look like, in the novel he actually said her face can be seen everywhere on the street (which may mean common, hence his room mate says he's being mean with such unkind remarks when Yu Tu actually literally said what is true i.e. JJ's face can be seen in ads everywhere on the street),

I just found out in addition to WeTV app on iOS, there's Tencent Video app too. So I've installed that as well. There's a YAMG Fan Meeting at 2pm on 28/07/2021 (today). Have reserved a slot to watch.

Btw, do you know if watching official Youtube via VPN count as well? Some countries/region are not able to watch. So, I feel those who watch via illegal means probably did it out of desperation to watch their idols.

That makes sense. If all real fans knew and support via the official app with our location, they may get to see their dream idol visiting their shores. This should be publicised because shipping them via illegal websites/youtube channels is not counted as real fans.

I think her performance in TLB was great. My only gripe is not enough screen time.

This was really cute. She was purposely dragging down Yu Tu with her bad gaming (guess it's revenge/pettiness due to being rejected 10 years ago. I'd do that too) while singing the song.
