The screenwriter is famous for writring one of the saddest ending of kdrama history (road number one).

Oh nice! 100 days my prince is on my watchlist. Anyway, without knowing who are actors, I wanted to watch this.

Well, I didn't say it was a very original scenario. At least, it's still more logic and serious than a drama like Rugal, and there is enough for following the plot without boredom. I can't say it's surprising or very addicting, because it's not. Just, consistent. So you get something expected and think: ok, it make sens. It look silly but many dramas don't give even that.
Also, there is some thematics well introduced about transhumanism.

Sorry, I know nothing about this guy. Bad luck made I probably never watched a drama with him, and I can't know his name. All I know is many ex-pop member turned to be bad when coming to acting.

Really ? I didnt know this guy already shooting dramas. I'm ready to believe what you say, so. If I have the opportunity I will watch a drama with this actor someday, hoping it will good.

Now, I don't remember what happened during season 1, except :
A girl kiss a guy in a street.
People have something on their smartphone that say "this people have a crush for you".

So sad new. Another random idol guy coming to occupy the place and making it flat, instead of a real actor. Kpop is a permanent threat for dramas quality. T T

For now, main direction is a big chase. And along the way, you get more meaning via flashback, what was the ML in the past, some encounters, or dialogs of antagonists. In a way, it's made like Terminator 1 movie. Trow people into action first, then use time to introduce plot each time action break a bit.

Yes, on some points this drama is awesome.
It's too long to relate it here, but I just finished to write something about the 3 points that amaze me the most about it. I put the link into the following "spoiler" message.

Hi, so after some scenes like:
FL will be put out of the palace, twist, no, she stay here.
Then, every time you will need a twist : just make the king taste the food.
He get 3 tables full of food. But just pick one thing with 2 sticks.
ONE little thing from ONE bowl from ONE table.
0.10g of food.
It's not nanoscopic but near...
And it make me MAD because, what 's the point to bring 3 tables of food ?
The more I watch this drama, the more I get frustrated.
At one point, I would like it turn into mukbang.
All this food make me so hungry, and it's wasted food.
Anyway, I come back to the point.
Wait a second, I go to the fridge and come back with 2 kg shrimp to eat.
So... Plot twist ! The king like the food ! (always FL food), so resolution.
Then come the obligated plot : FL loose sens of smell/taste.
3 painfull episodes.
But hey !
In a pornfood drama, heroin ALWAYS loose smell/taste during the show.
So that's good.
Then another good twist : now the King is out.
Mother queen is the new garant of the food competition. Nice.
Then the flat fish face heroin make a big mistake.
She use milk !!!!
Booooh boooh booh.
Her master fire her ! Damn, it's a twist.

Still, good drama, with so many nice women.
And very gentle, sensitive, naive, pure, working hard heroine !
Oh I forget : good big bad, lady Choi ! Beautiful and poisonous.

I would prefer to binge watch it after broadcast.
But is it really possible to resist the temptation to watching it on air ?!

I dropped it halfway, I like SF but me too I felt something boring or empty into this, or a take-this-all from other movies and put-it all inside this. There was still some nice world building, but it needed a better story, or a drama, and of course not a cartoon vilain. First action scene was ridiculous, I think it's from this I started to sleep. Only thing I really liked was comedy scene when they fear the child, or everybody cheat when playing card but robot do it better.
There is a japanese manga (and 26 ep anime) that take more seriously the job of cleaning space. In french it's "planètes", maybe "Planets" is english title.

Lot of references to Jang Ok Jung in your articles.
As it's my favorite historical drama, it's nice to have your focus.
1st picture is from episode 17, after a scene where JoJ face the ministers, with crazy arrogance, she meet the queen in the garden. Again, JoJ is really nasty, and put down the queen with the worst words imaginables. Then she's slaped by the queen, two times ! These two scenes at beginning of episode 17 is among my favorite scenes of the drama. I Rewatched that so many times. Kim Tae Hee is probably the best incarnation ever made of Ok Jung. I'm curious to watch the drama Hui Bin, 100 episodes, but alas, there is no subtitles past episode 20. Main actrice look great too, it's possible Kim Tae Hee get inspiration from that.

So, should we always be ok with life lessons ?
