shaman revealed his purpose in ep 11 but It's just laughable enough, screenwriter just lost of her Ideas to give him a reasonable purpose of doing These psycho deeds
The script lacked a core storyline. it jumped From this sideline to that sideline without maintaining any gist base...it looked promising in initial episodes but lost It's track halfway Through. I'm just glad It's ending tomorrow. viewership was too bad even in south korea and It's totally understandable. I'll probably rate it 7.0 due to the cast's hard-work but honestly, sometimes even the director's work seemed mediocre. this is surely kim hye yoon's worst script choice & It's barely believable she choose this after her huge success in LR. we all waited for long for this drama. To be honest her acting also was too subpar comparing to her previous projects. Lomon did well, there were some comedic elements to enjoy including the coach,the other friends of si-yeol and the 8th tailed fox was also watchable. i wish it kept the momentum it set up in ep 1,2,3 but once FL lost her power,everything became too bland for the audience...Won't talk much about the chemistry bcz the script is responsible for most of it's disaster. It could explore a lot of stories from her long lived life and gave us the retribution of her faults in Large scale and develop the relationship gradually through thick & thin *sigh* but they just went on a low-budget way. It's not terrible or unwatchable drama but It's very frustrating to see the plot going downhill after setting up expectations of a fresh idea script. still,i am able to finish so either I'm lucky or they're Lucky lol.

Loved reading your thoughts on this...As my dad says jokingly whenever i tell him we struggle too much too,he says, 'yes i don’t oppose that but you guys struggle & suffer too elegantly"...tbh occasionally From time to time i miss My early childhood Non-tech days too, i posted on my feed 2/3 days back how This drama's Cinematography & the retro vibes sometimes remind me of my childhood days of 2004/2005...we played in the fields not internet cafes, we made friends by running around neighborhood Alleys not over Instagram chats, i witnessed Neighbouring families gathering under moonlight bcz of sudden electricity cuts,we saw how my uncle aunts & parents gathered in front of TV for a good foreign series or a local show & how we once looked at newspapers for latest hyped topics & used to cut & collect some favourite parts from there, How we physically had to go to Libraries to look for Informations & books for school assignments bcz the computer couldn’t provide much info's haha... Everything started to Change From late years of middle school, The world Changed over our eyesight. Nowadays specially when i see AI taking over every spots of life these days,i feel just bad & get nostalgic. As you say, there are blessings & disappointments in Every generation, sometimes i feel the blessings will be our disappointments in near future. But still, seeing people struggling over basic needs & necessities just made me a little grateful to our time & era.
Seeing these people having braised fishes on wedding ceremony & struggling for housing, jobs & to get even a tv coupon in 1975 while casually eating my beef burger and watching a foreign country's tv series with eng sub & VIP subscriptions on the platform... i can't quite explain this feeling. It's not like i haven’t watched a retro tv show before or didn’t read watch or know about the realities of our grandparents' time, but this drama just hits me on a different level. Not all countries had a difficult time in those days like Chinese had in revolutionary era but life definitely wasn’t as easy for anyone as it is in today's times all across the world with all the facilities life could offer in every ways. we don’t mostly realize how Lucky we are to be born into 21st century & live in it.
