yeah that group, 5urprise...he was the most known one among the Members back then, this group's firstever fan meeting in 2015 was named "5urprise Beyond & Seo Kang Jun Fan Meeting in Thailand"🤣...he later got more popular after cheese in the trap. i didn’t watch Cunning single lady or suspicious housekeeper...but 'when the weather is fine' was good.
To tempt the viewers so that one can fall asleep just before the deed or forget everything the next morning. Then…
Too silly. This trope (& also few other tropes) maybe enjoyable for Seasonal cdrama watchers or newbies, but people who are regular viewers, Goodness It's a mandatory fast forward button.

Yes i noticed this policy of MDL lately,It's really a bit disturbing to align with Netflix titles ignoring the original Korean title. When i watched it ongoing in 2018, this drama wasn’t in Netflix or Viki, they took it up sometime in later Years. Are you watching it now or done watching?
Does anyone know the meaning of the line in ep 14 that Yan Zheng said to Song Yan, "How do you know that when…
It's basically a very high level, snobby insult. This means Song Yan is a small fish (goose) who can't even tell he's the smallest/least significant in the pond compared to the other fish or Xie Zheng himself. It's also very poetic/fancy level of speech, which Song Yan doesn't seem to understand. The line is a way of saying "You don't belong in this high-class circle/scholars "
Historical context : It is a famous historical couplet often used as a clever insult or social slight aimed at an outsider, famously associated with the Qing dynasty scholar Song Xiang (宋湘). According to legend, during a gathering of elite scholars (the "phoenixes"), they looked down on Song Xiang because of his humble background. One of the hosts presented this line as a "challenge" to mock him.. "北雁南飞,遍地凤凰难下足" (When Northern geese fly south, with phoenixes everywhere, it's hard to find a place to land)
The "North Goose" (北雁): They referred to Song Xiang as a "migrating goose" from the north - an outsider or someone of lower status who is just passing through. The "Phoenixes" (凤凰): They referred to themselves as "phoenixes" - noble, high-status, and superior. The Insult: By saying the ground is so full of phoenixes that there is "no place to land," they were essentially telling him: "This place is for elites only, there's no room for someone like you here"
This movie was simply, OK for me, I didn't get any romantic feelings while watching it, nor did I cry at all.…
Interesting. Now many years later, Wikipedia says The title refers to the "present continuous tense" in English...oh goodness Korean Movie titles used to be so meaningful back in the days xD
The Chinese characters used for their names in the drama are 玉 (Yù) & 征 (Zhēng)... 玉 means Jade & 征 means Long Journey (to pursue/search) so that 玉征 (Yù Zhēng) also implies the Title Chasing jade/pursuit of jade.
Script writer hasn’t had any real hits though so let’s hope she did a good job of this
she used to collab with nanpai sanshu & both ''The mystic nine" & "Tomb of the sea" are popular & critically acclaimed dramas in china, got major Awards too
does anyone know which episode TUNEXX members had a cameo on?they’re a kpop group who debuted a few days ago.…
