gosh they are dragging out luo zhi being mad at him for too long, shes starting to bore me. i know they will soon…
He was a jerk, why should he be forgiven at all? He's suppose to be this really smart guy but his emotional IQ is very low. He's been playing hot and cold with her for 30 episodes.
I understand watching this is tedious, and they should show some growth from both characters however I don't feel he's suffered enough.
Some people don't like it, nd there's many reasons that they don't want to watch it's bcz 1.ML his drama's released…
People in comments section love commenting about looks. I agree it shouldn't be about that but about the performance and how well the actors portray their characters.
I don't actually have a problem with the actors. I think they are all doing a great job with the material they have.
But this story for about 28 episodes has shown a lot of bad, often depressing effects of one sided love. It has made most of these characters seem pathetic and in some cases cruel.
The FL is probably the best at handling her one sided love, but the show makes her actions seem like she's done some horrible crime.
Who hasn't taken interest in the things their crush likes, or tried hard to have more opportunities to be around him/her? But the villains in this tale have exploited her love and made her seem like some manipulative stalker.
I was relieved to she finally stand up for herself and say "What's wrong with me like you?"
As for the ML - Story wise, he clearly can't trust his own feelings and doesn't really know what it feels like to fall for someone. He fails to understand how desperate that can make a person feel. Added to that, he can't recognise sincerity when he is faced with it, it's made him very unkind to the FL.
I think we are about to see him start to really empathise with FL as he falls harder and harder for her. I am enjoying seeing her fighting back.
I have watched the other version, but I think the biggest difference for me is a didn't feel as frustrated watching the 2019 version, although I admit I found the ending on that one weird.
I like that it's two smart characters who support one another. I thought the antagonist were extremely frustrating (but that's the role they play). Overall a good drama.
I know he's will end up making Ge Bi see how good he had it with Bai Li but I really don't like Ge Bi.
He uses her, and cheated on her, and has no respect for Bai Li.
Bai Li deserves better.

Also the ML lead is treating the FL like she's his yoyo.
