I have a strange question for that Qin family.
Is she really his sister, like really blood related - biological sister?
Because the way he is looking at her and even the irrational way he goes after Lu Ping any chance he gets are getting questionable to say the least.
In episode 24 and Lu Ping is getting arrested once again by him after taken the blame for him once again. The writer of this drama is really getting on my nerves. The script isn’t getting clearer but more stupid.

Why did AC agree with this stupid compensation? This drama did not do anything for him. It actually lowered his image. After Ever Night season 1, he should have spend that last year polishing, refining, fine-tuning his acting skills and getting ready for Immortality.

It is to confirm that he has definitely the skills to play with the “Big Boys” - Thanks Goodness, it is a Chinese water diluted BL and not a stereotypical WUXIA’s cliché romance. My kid is lacking in that department.

As for LYX, he has so many dramas supposedly scheduled to be aired this year. However, they don’t really look like high budgeted projects. Among them, Dr. Qin season 4 and And The Winter is Love seem interesting. I think that he was even a producer on the second one... His portfolio is growing by leaps and bounds.

Goodness... And that is a budget for a tv drama... It’s like producing a motion picture.

The rumors about Taken Legend of Awakening for Ever Night 2 as compensation - I am not sure about their validity but I would rather have him done Ever Night 2 instead of this.
Anyway, that ship has sailed, wrecked and sunk to the bottom of the ocean...

Let’s just wait for Immortality. At least, his next counterpart, LYX, can give him some great conductive advices to further improve his acting skills.

The Untamed was produced with a low budget? It did not feel that way.

Arthur Chen has unbelievable screen presence and formidable charisma; however now, he needs to improve and refine those broader acting skills.
I have vouchered way too much for that kid; he needs to give me some face in Immortality.
Luo Yun Xi is no joke. Even though, I have never liked him and that is strictly personal; LYX is a really good actor. He is able to convey emotions like no body’s business...
So, AC better get to the grounder. He has a lot of work to do before they start filming.

This is an interesting interaction between the 2 main leads in episode 20. That scene for their reunion was so cringe.
I don’t know which one was worst... Chen with his cringeworthy romantic delivery or Xiao with her dreadful acting?
I am going to be deadly honest here. I love Arthur Chen. I seriously love this kid; however, he really really needs to work on his romantic scenes.

At least Immortals is based on a BL novel so I am not expecting any romance there.
