pmsl whoever thought such plot was a fun idea must've been high af lmfaoJang Dong Yoon please just don't
Definitely high on something... Let me see, First, they turned him into girl (That was ok because he makes a very beautiful girl). But now, they want to shave his head, like a monk. They better CGI his head!
Although it might air after March 29 ( when the sword and the brocade drama ends) , everyday is really a torture…
Man! If this historical Wuxia flunks... Like, - Legend of Awakening - Legend of Fei - Sword Dynasty - The World of Fantasy - The Great Ruler - Guardians of the Ancient Oath
*People are going to be so mad... After all the rescheduling and the long waiting. *Same rule applies for Immortality.
I said it before and I am saying it again... Killer and Healer is overwhelmingly and grossly underrated. It is as good as Word of Honor. And it is an early 19th century Chinese republic crime thriller... The amount of censorship that drama had to go through in order to air; must have been mind-blowing. Because it is not a favorable depiction of that era and it is a strong bromance/BL.
I have to give it more recognitions and acknowledgements because Killer and Healer was produced in 2018, under Mango. That was before the release of The Untamed and the whole crazy fanatic fanbase. Understandably, Mango is not as powerful, wealthy and widespread as Tencent.
Agreed. While watching it, I find that I am constantly asking myself... “Where did Ayi go?” He is constantly missing from every other scene. I do not mind that they removed the entire BL aspect from the storyline; however, the bromance or the deep friendship between the 2 supposedly main lead actors was poorly executed. And the newly created female love interest for the ML... She was just obnoxious throughout the entire drama.
I do feel sad for Z. Tao... Without realizing it, I have dropped every single drama that I have watched with Z. Tao, as the 1st male lead. I hope he gets better projects that would showcase his versatile acting skills and his great stage presence. He is really a good actor but somehow he always ends up with those so-so cinematographic projects. Seriously, except Z. Tao... Who else can possibly make a 17th century French fashion-style work in an early 19th century Chinese republic era drama?
Wow! They literally changed the entire BL storyline for a BG one. It is not even related to the BL manhua, Brilliant, anymore. In the Chinese film industry, usually the BL adaptations are watered down to the maximum; however, this BL adaptation is downright PURIFIED.

2 things that would have made this cdrama more enjoyable: - Proper English subtitles - The complete removal of that Yu Chu’s character from the storyline
*What I do not understand; this cdrama is an adaptation from the BL manhua, Brilliant. So why Prince Chong Li Ming is having more screen-times with that unpleasant female character, Yu Chu... Instead of Ah Yi? *That could explain why the overall rating was so low after its release in 2020.
Fyi: What is up with Prince Chong Li Ming’s outfits? It is way past the industrial revolution in the early 19th century; however, Prince Chong Li Ming seems to be stuck in the 17th century French fashion era. *Le Roi Soleil called; he wants his outfits back... LOL

YES
You know... Sometime this year...
Hopefully...
LOL
The range of emotions in this drama, not just from the 2 male leads...
Is downright crazy.
It is beautifully done.

The only way that I can describe it... They are lovely together.
It most definitely deserves something higher than 8.4

Just like for The Long Ballad...
We will become immortals ourselves before we see a trailer from Immortality.
