Oh actually I casually watched some of these. After CL, I watched From Now On, Showtime and I loved it, especially the ending. Most Kdramas don’t give us that kind of ending.
Crash Course in Romance, also watched it and I enjoyed it. It reminded me of CL too, because of the murder mystery. 😆
King the Land, I dropped it as it has too many spicy scenes for me, and the story is too predictable. And honestly after WWWSK, I couldn’t get past other the cliché CEO-Secretary trope.
Gaus Electronics, so simple and funny I liked it.
Taxi Driver & My Lovely Liar, already on my PTW list because I read many good reviews about them.
Mr Queen, for some reason it’s been stuck in my PTW list and maybe because of the slump, I haven’t started it yet. I know you love it so much so I trust you! 😜
Thank you for the list. You’re the best! 💕
Ps: I’ll be busy with all these K/C/J/Thai dramas but I’m not complaining heheh
This drama starts with a bit confusing storylines. The storytelling is non-linear. It’s not your typical Kdrama. It’s unpredictable.
After half episodes, it gets a little darker and has less comedy because things get more serious.
IMO, it’s still worth watching. Some viewers right now are sharing our theories and thoughts about the drama here.
Go with an open mind, and maybe that way you’ll love this drama as a whole instead of questioning every plot and character, why this happens, why they do this and that, etc..
Am I the only one who hates the 2nd male lead? He's all up in her business after rejecting her, and thinks he…
I kinda like him as a person, but as the 2nd ML, not so much.
But I understand why he acts that way. Because in his eyes, the ML is already in a relationship with someone, and he hates to see the FL stuck with someone who, in his views, doesn’t deserve her.
Rowoon is really hot in this drama. I can’t help but stare at his beauty, and sometimes I even rewind his scenes. Speaking as a non-fan here. 🤣
Yeah and Nayeon said that he never once told her he loved her, and she was the one who pursued him in the first…
My thoughts exactly! I bet they got together because of their parents. And ML just accepted because he couldn’t stand up for himself. He’s vulnerable because he’s sick, IMO.
From our interactions on CL page, I knew you’d be one of the viewers who like this drama! I just feel it. Maybe because we share similar preferences(?) 😂
I can see why. They share same understanding/views. However, I get that they want to show that the relationship…
Understood your views on their part. It’s to help develop her character. I hope they won’t make their relationship romantic. But I’m also frustrated at ML’s father, ignorant and careless.
some are shipping ML's mother with his best friend 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢
I can see why. They share same understanding/views.
However, I get that they want to show that the relationship between ML’s parents is toxic, but I think creating his mother and Kim Wook’s relationship dynamics is unnecessary.
But maybe there’re more reasons to it? IDK.
Right now I’m only truly invested in the main couple’s story than other couples. I couldn’t care less about them.
God… the slight shift in the genre/moods, all these theories filling the space in my head… they remind me of “Crazy Love” era.
It was fun. Sometimes confusing, but fun. Especially the part of sharing theories with fellow viewers. We even made theories from subtle hints/actions in the drama.
Those who watched that drama while it was ongoing and were active on its MDL page at that time might know what I’m trying to say here. 😂
PS: the SML actor, Ha Joon is also in Crazy Love as SML hahaha

1. Those spells work for real, so that’s the main reason everything happens the way it is - ML having feelings for FL out-of-control, leading to his questionable actions like approaching her while still being in a relationship with SFL.
2. ML’s brain/mental illness is a curse, that can’t be breakable by only a spell. His illness is also what makes him weak and vulnerable when it comes to love.
3. From 2nd theory, that’s when the main couple’s past lives come into the frame. A spell is not the only way to break ML’s curse, but FL is the key.
4. SFL has dark motives for refusing to break up with ML, not money, but maybe revenge.
5. The gardener has something bad to do with the curse.
6. The toxic relationship between ML’s parents are created to show that he has a sad life despite being perfect on the outside.
7. My last theory is what I think the least possible - the SML is the one of the villains.
just started watching and im hooked,, but comments here say that the genre changes.. what should i expect?
I also just started this drama and am enoying it but I fast-forward some scenes (ML’s mother & lawyer friend mainly).
I think the genre started to shift a little after the scene where ML’s mother met his lawyer friend (Kim Wook) in his office. From that scene on, the story starts to feel darker, sometimes confusing than earlier episodes.
But I believe more things will be revealed later on, HOPEFULLY.
What I do to try making sense of the storylines direction is creating these theories👇🏼
This drama becomes quite confusing in the middle. Hope the last 6 eps will be clearer and will provide a good…
Yup, I agree that he’s weak. That’s one of the things I dislike about him.
But then again, to avoid myself from dropping this drama, I prefer to think that his actions are caused his brain/mental illness.🤣
I’m still confused about the mystical aspect in this drama, but I still believe that those spells actually work, and that’s one of the reasons everything happens the way it is.

Yesss Ha Joon really has that talent.
As soon as I saw him in ep 1, I almost screamed because I missed seeing him. And I knew right away that he’s gonna be the SML in this one.
Oh I never created a discussion on MDL drama page. I think maybe they’ll show after the show ends(?)

But here, I think he looks more charismatic. I love his styles here.
You might not see me on Kdrama side because I’ve been more into Thai dramas these 2 years and Chinese dramas at the moment. 😂
I’m waiting for Yoo Seungho’s “Deal” & Cha Eunwoo’s “A Good Day to Be A Dog”.
Do you have any Kdrama recommendations for me?
I have similar thoughts, but I couldn’t explain it in English as I have bad English vocabulary skills. 😂Glad you’re here.
Thank you for sharing!
