If one wanted to watch these 3 movies in as much "chronological order" as possible... should one start with 3,…
1 is the first chronologically then 2. 3 is basically the same as 1 but from another character's point of view so it has extra scenes as it's her story included in the first movie... Does it make sense? So you can watch them as 1,2 ,3 and it will be ok, or 1,3 and then 2 , it's ok as well.
the reason why the 3 movies lost so much potential is because we need more romantic and fluff content from the…
Not only, I mean they kept them so much apart from each other it's hard to even feel the chemistry, the story was rushed so any background story and character development was cut, the fight scenes could have been epic instead it just ended up looking lame (for demon fights) and because of the extra low budget the effects were nonexistent. In the manga he changes form there is more action nothing was shown in any of the movies, so they look like human characters pretending to be demons cosplay or something. I relay wanted this to be made well, it would have been the Japanese version of monster/human romance, like how in the west they have all the teen/supernatural romance projects ( like Twilight, but better if they would have had the money)
I guess that people have affection for this because of the manga, etc., but this was one bad movie. Bad plot,…
The story is not bad, but they low budget made the movie adaptation, rushed so the story just does not come across well. I actually want to read the full manga for details not random parts that I found, but don't know where to get the complete work in English :(( This would have had potential but yes the low budget kind of killed it... in term of quality. For people that like stories with demons this could be something that attracts them but it's disappointing...
What can I say, I like this version more than the original, it rarely happens. I liked the actors in the Korean version, they do a good job in other projects but for AOY some of their portrayals I hated. In this version, on the other hand, the acting and the way they decided to present the characters match perfectly, it feels natural overall in the Korean one it did not. Also in the Korean version, the interview part ruined the pacing of the story in a way, because sometimes it contradicted the actions of the characters in the story, this made some people misunderstand some characters. As we all know the story already, we know that there are characters the suffer from PTSD, have paranoia, and are a bit delusional (as an outcome of their experiences) and in the Korean version, this was portrayed sometimes as misunderstandings... (they did not approach and address these symptoms accurately, of they did not research enough to know how to translate them on the screen). The second season managed to ruin some of the characters completely. In this version they did a better job at the storytelling, integrating the characters, and being constant with the small details that impacted the story. If they would do a second season copying the Korean one I would not like it... they should keep all the cast of this season and do their own vision of a second season.
The rumors started because AAm that was kicked out randomly asked for permission to use Earth in a mini series (knowing that they were doing the band and the work for 2 Moons 3), the company (MotiveVillage- that was in charge of 2 Moons 2 and is in charge of the band) after a long time answered by saying they are no longer connected to Earth (also on his social media he does not have any promotional material related to 2 Moons 2 or 3, and is apparently independent now and only has contact with his private manager). There is no official announcement yet, only that behind the scene apparently people say that the company is a bit shady. This story was posted by Aam on twitter...
Can anybody tell me what happen with him why didn't he became a part of OxQ (2moons2 boyband)? I remember I have…
Well sincerely I don't know all the details... but apparently behind the scene people say that the company (MotiveVillage) is shit... the director was kicked out without notice and then they also say Earth was kicked out (on his media there is no promotional material related to 2Moons, and also the company), apparently he is independent now. Aam wanted him for a mini-series and when he asked the company for permission they said Earth is not under their management anymore (he only has his personal managers and that is it). So people are waiting for official statements not rumors... like this.
I like your pick of Bright for the lead of Dao Ming Si. He's definitely got the look for the character and from…
They even said that they would do BL projects even with other partners as long as they are not the stereotypical ones, and as we saw Perth even accepted the role in "The Stranded" and I hope we will have a second season!!! It's a good TV show. :)

I am sure you heard about it it was when people said that Perth and Mean disrespected the BL genre and the LGBTQ+ community. They translated their words as "BL content is low level" when in reality what they said was that they don't want to put BL content as their main/first choice projects, that they want to branch out and do other projects that would require them to challenge their talents (their announcement was longer and they explained more, but generally what I said was the main part). Even on this site when I was watching their projects and writing comments I saw a lot of people attacking "their words" even though it was a misunderstanding, and deciding to not support them, they were treated like they were homophobic by some. I found out about the truth and that their words were "lost in translation", from Thai people that explained the situation. Some were disappointed by the international fans that were so mean and aggressive in the comments.
It could've been properly executed but this ending either means there will be a second season or that it was just…
Yes, true. :) I just thought about the other projects that I saw with open ending and the majority had quite complicated plot lines, but this was a short project so at the end of the episode... somehow I just got stuck on the question "was it necessary to have an open ending?" :)) just had the feeling the ending was made to be the part that stuck on my brain the most, from the entire story :)) It was funny in a way.

No it did not :) There is nothing to apologize for :) That part I wrote as a general, because lately I did see some people attacking some BL actors thanks to a misunderstanding. an article that was published in Eng with an incomplete and wrong translation. I just wanted to write a comment about the other side :) BL projects do have a huge fallowing that is growing day by day and I know that a lot of actors see it as an opportunity, and from my experience I did not see an actor that disrespected the BL projects as a lot of people thought :)

I don't think that is necessarily true :) I don't think that people that would do BL would look down at the genre for being BL, that is why they come back as a certain couple, they respect the fans and the work they did, the reason for going to non-BL projects is for variety. No actor no matter from what country and what work they do, would ever want to be stuck doing the same type of role over and over. Unfortunately, the BL industry has the "prototype story" so even though there are good actors their talent is not continuously challenged if they do the same type of role (though recently I noticed they started to change things around), so that is why the rush to do something else (as to not be stuck in just Bl roles), but the majority would accept Bl roles that are not usual (for BL dramas), such as Perth doing BL for "The Stranded" which is a different type of show, or Gun doing "The Blue Hour" a BL role in a beautiful and unusual project.

There is no such thing as not allowing them to play other roles :)) They are not actors exclusively working for BL, they can play other roles if they want.
As you all noticed this movie/series has so many remakes, I saw them all :)) And now I saw Thailand is going to do one as well it will come out in 2021 :)
Has S2 been confirmed? I don't wanna watch if it has a cliffhanger ending
No it was not, but this project is the first that was a collaboration with Netflix... it is harder (more pressure) to make projects that actually cater to a global audience... there is also the virus... I hope they will make a season 2!!! and that it will be good as well.
This show is so good!!! The actors are talented, and some of the most well-known names accepted this project so I am happy, with them in the project the talent and performance are already covered and you know there won't be "disappointment". Then we have the people that worked on this behind the cameras, and we know they are also one of the best when it comes to story writing and directing, they have projects like "Shutter" and "Laddaland" to their names (proves their unique way of adapting and combining genres to make beautiful projects). A good twist of horror, there is a fact that there is no better horror than Asian Horror, they somehow succeed to make a story scary without the stupid over exaggerated fakeness, while in the west this genre is the cheapest genre in cinematographic history (for this series especially we have a mix of mystery/fantasy/teen/suspense/horror and so on). It is true, this show reminded me of "LOST" but I think this project is better, Lost got "lost on me" after a few seasons becoming just dumb and left me annoyed, this project, on the other hand, seems to have enough "mysticism" that it has me hooked (and it's only the first season), also it is a pleasure to see projects created by different cultures because it is interesting to learn about their approach on such themes as "end of the world" (as the poem in the series depicts).
Netflix really should - they're usually pretty good on LGBT+ content though, so fingers crossed!
These just add up and end up expensive :)) I have Netflix, I just did a standard Viki subscription and know I should do a Vimeo... but there are so many movies I want to watch it just turn out to be expensive with all of them added... :)) I bought a project on Vimeo already 10 dollars on an episode... I will add all the projects to my wish list and wait when I have money and buy them one by one :)
