Too cheesy and repetitive for me but my god, Pond and Peterpan acting was amazing! Last episode was a masterclass of acting (when Armin is in coma, when Tada ask Armin to marry him). Excellent pairing.
I might be in the minority but I am not liking SWL-GT track as much as everyone else. I feel like the whole track…
Thank you! SWL is a jerk but he's not to be blamed for GaoTu's actions. People criticize HuaYong and say HuaSheng is toxic while they forget GaoTu is also a liar and problematic. They don't want to talk about GaoTu having sex with someone drunk... He knew Shen wasn't aware of his actions, he took his chance cause he thought he could never have Shen any other way. That's not a green flag behaviour. Him disappearing because Shen told him he would make his omega abort was dumb cause of course Shen would say that. Everyone knows he hates omega! His running away when his father asked Shen money for his abortion is also stupid. He didn't even sit and talk with Shen, he just assumed things through the whole story and got miserable from his own actions. I'm sorry but I don't blame SWL at all.
I just found my favorite TikTok video so far, it has a great caption about Hua Yong, and the song choice ("Don’t…
I love him so much! I'm gonna read the novel asap. I thought I had seen the worst with Ming but Hua Yong takes the crown. I didn't know I was color blind until these two characters.
I believe Hua Yong really wants to be this person he's presenting to Sheng. From the spoilers I've read, Sheng is the only person that makes him feel something. He created this whole persona to be with him because he wants to dote on him, to please him.
I find Hua Yong's character really complex and fascinating. I keep wondering what he's thinking while he manipulates Sheng. Like, is he happy when Sheng is almost crying while tending his wounds ? Or he's not feeling anything, just checking another box of his mastermind plan ? Does he drop the pretense once they're officially together or he's still Omega Hua Yong ? Can he be anything but Omega Hua Yong around Sheng ?
I'm ep 6 and still don't understand... Overall I'm watching a serie with a plot I don't understand 🥲 only Gao…
Hua Yong's endgame is clear since ep 4 and 5 : he met and fell in love with Sheng 15 years ago. He's been obsessed with him since then. He engineered a mastermind plan to make Sheng fall in love with him : he created X company to develop a drug to cure pheromones gland cancer (Sheng's father has this illness), he got close to Sheng pretending to be a delicate and shy Omega because he knows Sheng only dates this kind of Omega. While in fact he's a Enigma, a genre that is stronger than Alpha. Everything we've been watching since ep 1 is Hua Yong's manipulation.
Hot take, but I do not feel bad for Sheng Shao You because his character is so....mid I just don't really care…
What's Sheng Shao You's personality got to do with what Hua Yong is putting him through ? The guy is a victim of the biggest manipulator in BL universe and you're saying you don't care because...the character doesn't fit your taste ? Is sympathy giving only to our fav ?
I quite appreciate how calm/normal the alphas are in this story. I've read too many omegaverse stories where alphas act as cave men and fight for dominance and territory. He's just a rich guy minding his business until a psycho enters his life. I've not read the novel, maybe he's different there ?
