Heh, I never used the word great. Yeah he's not doing the role the best way it could be done, this kind of role is very multifaceted and could be done quite dynamically, but his acting abilities are obviously limited, so he's doing the best he can I guess. At least it's not unwatchable (for me anyway). If I held Thai BLs (and BL in general) to a high standard I'd barely watch anything.

At least they used the skin to skin smacking sound effect (which is how it actually sounds to hit/punch someone in the face) and not the martial arts heavy impact blow sound effects like a kung fu movie 😂

To offer a contrasting opinion, I do not think Dunk is attractive (or cute), and I have never liked him since HA, but I do think the role he's playing in THK is supposed to be obnoxiously hammed up, he's supposed to be an impulsive, danger seeking, borderline sociopathic personality, and he's making this role work for him. It's certainly entertaining.

Best Sammon one I've watched yet (not including her involvement in DFF because I didn't watch that for the BL, only for the crazy plot) but this I'm watching for the plot and BL, and it's delivering. I'm hooked.

I also lowkey think (following what I mentioned above) it would have been a cherry on top if Style had been a little uncoordinated/worn out as he tried to stop Fadel from leaving, his hair totally messed up, clothes askew from being put on in a hurry and looking like he'd just had the most terrifying but but sex of his life 🤣

Ah yes, the scene NOT actually culminating in sex, but with the same angry/tense atmosphere and aggression, would definitely have worked too. Although, I would have missed Style getting hit, I really wanted him to get punched at least once since episode one 😂 his no-boundary respecting ass deserved it!

I think there are quite a few ways they could have actually pulled off that storage scene if they wanted to put a sex scene in there specifically. Ideally, imo, it would have required a different tone entirely between them, something with more anger (from Fadel because Style has crossed so many lines) and with some bruises left behind on Style, and from Style a little bit more of 'wtf did I get myself into' with maybe some excitement (since he'd obvs reckless and a bit into the dangerous side of things) but also some concern, like what Kant is feeling, but with more wary anticipation. Just not whatever that was, because whatever that was did NOT represent the build up between Fadel and Style, it did feel like it was just 'for the sake of it'. I can take or leave sex scenes in BLs but if they include them, I do wish they'd be a little more emotionally, physically and atmospherically creative. Even that nail and bail line could have been delivered with some pain and maybe indignance and excitement, but again, also some wary concern.

Sorry this message got too long, best for me not to overthink BL's writing, like the fake tattoos, it's a bad rabbit hole. So yeah, it was oddly done for sure. But you know what, they're at least trying to do something different so yeah, I'm still enjoying it too LOL

That escalated quickly and I LOVED IT. This episode was good. I enjoyed the more serious tone and it was well acted too.

I agree the sex in the storage room came out of left field, very random considering everything that had happened up to that point, but on the flip side, I was glad Fadel finally hit Style, he had that shit coming since episode one lol

You are correct, but my advice is to try not to pay attention to the fake tattoos too much, or you may also notice the unnatural colour, the shininess and plasticy crinkly texture of the stick ons 😂

Nah, Kant definitely slipped him something and gave him a double shot. I think Bison's tolerance is just supposed to be really high. The angle they're going for here I think is Kant is meant to be having a difficult time getting the 'upper hand' on Bison, that's why Bison was still sober enough to flog Kant's deceiving ass, like karma-esque payback 😂😂😂

This whole episode was highly entertaining but I am MOST satisfied that Fadel finally hit Style because that mofo needed it, I've wanted his no-boundary respecting ass to catch hands since episode one lol Dunk is nailing this character for sure, he is obnoxious yet likeable somehow. But I came here from ep one for Joong and he has DELIVERED in every ep thus far, and then some! I only have expectations of being entertained and the entertainment value has not waned yet. I'll be here for ep 4.
