Omg! That ending completely messed up my brain-I did not see that coming, did you? I agree the whole series was…
I was not expecting that twist! I really like the way they did the reveals of certain scenes in the next episodes, the way the story unfolded so smoothly. Bua definitely did well, veering away from her usual rom-coms. I like the ML and her together. There’s something about him that I like and I hope I see them paired up again.
And it’s done! Up to the end and the show still didn’t let things wrap up neatly. I’m satisfied, well worth the time! 12 episodes seem short but at the same time, feel just right!
I like the scene where she was hitting her head against the wall, and he placed his hand between them-he definitely…
I agree with you about how the story is different and the real killer's motivation is interesting to me. Like you, I thought the killer was a certain person so I didn't hope for a romance but now I am rooting for the couple.
I like the subtle way the show introduced his feelings, nothing so obvious but I totally buy that he's falling for her.
I also have a guess about the 'Dad'.
You know, it's true that the killer's story is tragic (I am up to ep 10 now so pretty much everything about the killer is revealed) but I don't sympathize with that person as much. I know I should given the background but somehow I feel more satisfaction seeing the police closing in on the killer.
I am obsessed with this show and am so grateful that the subbers are keeping a good pace, at least one or two episodes subbed in a week. One of the better-executed lakorns I've seen and I ust discovered New from this show. I like his acting and his ML character in this show is charming, I still want to see a romance between the leads even though there is no romance tag. There is certainly some romantic feels about the two.
I like the layers of complexity surrounding the leads. When I first started, I was anticipating the reactions of the lead characters when they found out about the different "secrets" but turned out that they already knew!
Totally here for LXY and I like Tang Yan but she looks different to me in this show. I didn't recognize her until I saw the cast list.
I would love to see the lead couple stay strong despite all the external interferences, from the ex to her aunt. Despite the previews and high possibility of this show veering into the usual tropes, I still hope for a story about a mature and healthy relationship between two smart people who respect each other and can actually communicate.
Ending of 13 🔥🔥🔥 nicely done! None of those “missed opportunities” scenes that the shows like to tease viewers with. Instead we got a lovely romantic portrayal of two people clearly into each other.
Ep 19 was had me feeling mixed emotions - I felt the sad loss of a liked character, but also satisfaction that the bad guys finally got their karma. I just hope that they are properly punished in the next episode. There better not be any twist there!
I wish I had watched this while it was airing. Such an entertaining show! The chemistry between the leads was awesome and they look gorgeous together.
This older woman-younger romance worked so well between these two and I love that the angst was low with no unmecessary family drama. Even the competition for the FL in her music industry was not that cut-throat.
I also like the second couple although I thought the SFL's backstory was way too melodramatic. The SML was so persistent and funny though.
Overall, I would recommend this show. Fun, romantic and sweet!
