Ah ok, well Iβm watching now and she did think that he was a single parent. I hope this misunderstanding will get resolved in this episode so we can get it over with!

Iβm not sure, because I thought she knew he was single. Plus in the preview her colleague was sarcastically saying that he might be trying to get her as the stepmother. You could be right though so I will wait to see ep 9 βΊοΈ and hope I am wrong!
Those of you that watch first, let us know whether misunderstanding is worked out? Thanks.
I actually didn't like this development. I know it is realistic that no everyone would be up for that kind of relationship but it shows a certain prejudice and I wish the show did not use it as a plot device.
This show is an homage to Zhang Ling He's fineness. There are so many scenes with the camera lingering on his face, highlighting his eyes, emphasizing his profile and showcasing his hands and fingers.
Thank you, Director Randy Che! Not only are your cinematography skills amazing, but you also have a good appreciation for beauty.
I would rewatch the end of ep 18 whenever I need a pick-me-up...SY and WYF were just too cute and the epilogue with BJT's face at the end is like a music video to be enjoyed over and over again!
The second part of ep 18 is as heart-fluttering as ep 17. I knew he wouldn't be far. β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ He showed up right after our girl Yi Fan finally got her courage up.
So that's why he opened Jia Ban - Overtime?!!! Wow, his love and dedication β€οΈ
I love how Su Ye found out about Xi Fanβs relationship status! Instead of the usual trope that the preview teased us about, there was a twist! Nice surprise for the viewers and Su Ye π The way his face lit up π₯°
Ep 1 was cringey and not easy to watch...they didn't have to make the FL end up so pathetic. At this point, they are just setting up the story so I hope the next few episodes would be better.
The Director is Randy Che and he's a professional cinematographer hence, the scene was fully well executed with…
I did check out his profile and noticed the long list of dramas for which he did the cinematography. I definitely plan to check out Smile Code. Thanks!
I am enjoying this over the top ML. The FL is good for taking his ego down a notch. Same thing for the second couple. The SML is not used to being rejected π
I love that Su Ye was the first to initiate skinship - usually, he's the more controlled one, keeping his emotions in check and she's younger and more expressive. I like the directing and camera work - especially the last scene of ep 6 where the shot panned from him to her, instead of the usual split screen side-by-side shot.

I don't think she will miss his birthday since SY will follow her to wherever she is
