Yeah he blindly loves her so I think you’re right - he might turn bad protecting her against others. I don’t trust her though - I still feel that she is using him. She might have some affection for him but will not hesitate to cut him loose.

Oh goodness, ep 23 - the grandmother continues spreading hate, now targetting even the youngest family member...Can someone just poison her already...Even if Yunshu is a snake, I hope she hates the grandmother enough to kill her for the rest of us.

Great show overall. The ghost stories were executed well, and even though most of them were short, they still managed to be touching. The romance was sweet and innocent. I didn’t fully see how the ML fell for the FL. The transition felt a bit abrupt but the couple was genuinely cute together. The makeup effects were well done, with some of the ghosts looking quite disturbing, though never overly scary. I liked the OST and enjoyed the plot development and the ending.

I haven’t finished the Korean version, but there’s no real need to compare—this drama stands firmly on its own and is entertaining in its own right.

LYX is so naturally charming, and I love her line delivery—especially that moment when she talked about the ML’s name. CXX, as expected, is nailing both Republican and modern, and looking good in both.

Together, they’re just very easy to enjoy on screen.

So far, so good. I really like the leads—they’re genuinely fun to watch, and the cat-and-mouse dynamic between them is a big part of the charm. The storyline, dialogue, and overall execution seem fairly simple, but that’s not a drawback for me. I’m enjoying the unhurried, uncomplicated vibe—it’s easy, light, and pleasantly watchable. Loving the OST too.

Something's going on with her friend's husband though...I hope nothing bad.

RSB is so ready to be the head of the Rong family, and you can tell that she is winning over the second sister. I hope they can bring the Grandmother down along with that sister who was the real snake hiding in the grass.

For now, to spite the grandmother, RSB should just start her own tea business outside of Lingxi first. With her abilities, she probably can do much better and eventually be another tea powehouse!

Only one episode but a great one! Our power couple did not disappoint, steady, unshakable, and refreshingly rational and mature. Their trust and faith in each other’s principles runs deep, no melodrama and misunderstandings. RSB, as expected, understood exactly why LJL did what he did, and he expressed his complete commitment to her with such clarity and conviction.

Even though they appear to be apart, they are so in sync, with a connection that is rock-solid.

Not sure but since the preview showed that Madam Yang was killed, it may be related to that. And the grandmother constantly scolding and pressuring her may be the cause too.
