Has anyone done a collection of Qin Shiās outfits yet? Love love her style. She dresses like a boss but wears accessories that are surprising but so fitting. Like pretty flower hair clips that complement her business outfits. Sheās all tough but girly, especially around Yang Hua.
Watching this for Peter Sheng but Iām struggling a little. The acting is so so and the story flow and dialogue are not very good. Iām intrigued by their past though so Iām going to hang in there.

She may be young but she is very intuitive and clever. She reads Yin Zheng well and we can tell she is growing into the partner that can stand proudly by him.
Episodes 25 & 26 - Again, Yin Zheng is my hero, now Prince Qi and Prince An tooā¦they all saved Hao Jia in their own ways! And all mostly for the sake of their wives and their own principles. Best of all, the network of women supporting each other is widening including Madam He and Madam Xinchuan.
I love how the story is written about the female characters. In the beginning, everyone was worried about Hao Jia turning bad because of her ambitions but the show did not use any of those tropes. Even during her miserable situation, she didnāt blame anyone else and tried to escape her fate. Same thing with Fang Ru, she did not become that evil first wife. Even though the outcome would not have been good for the ones involved, it was realistic and compelling.
Even though it was futile, I am still proud of Hao Jia for telling that scumbag some home truths! Also I love the é»å„ mĆ² qƬ (tacit/mutual understanding) between Li Wei and Yin Zheng. They read each other well and Li Wei despite being young is very intuitive.
