The show had to make them a potential couple…only times when I want to FF are scenes with them together

Two badly written characters - Tang Hua on team Xiao Yan and Chen Xi on team Bai Shu, and even worse…

Yeah, we are already halfway through the show and she never learns. She continues to be judgmental and gossipy…

I wish they didn't follow the usual trope of throwing the SML and SFL together. As usual, it feels too forced...

This drama is not well-written but I loved it anyway, with all its cheesiness and silliness. I am still very much a PMY fan and now, I have discovered GKP, KSH and KJY.
Happy ending for all but...

Because the ML was willing to do illegal things to save her mom, and even wanted to quit his job. Then the FL went and left him because she didn't want to burden him anymore...
Anyway, it looks like EP 16 will be happy again so I am just waiting for that to air!

Why did they have to use the "noble idiocy" trope - ML and FL doing stupid things for each other 😠

Yeah I expected that but at least the show did not use the usual trope of a 3rd party to create misunderstandings

That’s reassuring…I was enjoying their calm and matured relationship and I had hoped that they can get through the angst without more misunderstandings

Yeah, I’m not sure why I find her overacting too much here. Her facial expressions and body gestures are comical to me. In The Story of Ming Lan, she was fine.

Slow burn romance with medical cases as a backdrop. - I like it! The ML is arrogant as heck but you can see his character development as he is influenced by the FL. He's got his own charm too. Not sure why they have his hair styled like that just like his character in Love O2O...

He will. The FL is awesome and the ML will gain a lot of respect for her, her skills and opinions

I wish I was watching this with everyone else while it was airing. That way i can complain about the terrible acting of the actress playing Pei Xuan

English subs are available on Viki or YouTube but they are released slowly. I understand Mandarin so I am watching the raw episodes.

Watched up to ep 9 and am enjoying it. The cases are gripping and touching. The leads are portraying their characters well
