Thanks! I have already rated 10 for this drama both for Parts 1 and 2. I also rated each episode since I heard that it will help the rating. What I don't understand about the MDL rating is that when you click into the statistics link and see the more detailed breakdown, there is no way the statistics shown align with the overall rating.

That’s true! I often would rate a show higher if I think it is underrated. I don’t really know how the MDL platform works but many times it seems out of whack!
He did the same with The Long Ballad too, made the ending a bit open ended imo.
I’m sure she will! She got lots of attention from this show even if some of it is because she was not paired with a hot guy. She did play the lead with Miles Wei in Unforgettable Love. I didn’t quite like her character there but I agree, she is a great actress.

I hope so. That’s why I took away only one point in my review because the show is really that good. The acting, music, choreography, setting, costumes, story etc…all top notch!

So true…I usually try to separate the novel and drama but in this case, he already had the perfect script! He could have just put in a little twist if he wanted more drama

The ending could definitely be smoother but I cannot fault the rest of the show because I truly enjoyed the acting, the story, the costumes, the setting, the choreography, the music etc…it’s not a 10 only because of the last 5 minutes. If it is a thesis, you might still pass because your conclusion is valid except you left out a key point 😅

Most don’t hate it. I like the comment section in part 1 and part 2 here because there are many respectful opinions. Lots of Dilraba’s fans but those are not also voiced their thoughts reasonably. Unfortunately there will be a couple of trolls who like to stir up a fuss😠

Agreed! Actually they just have to cut out the scene about the fox princess and include the scene that was supposedly left out. They don’t even need another episode! You know I feel that the actress that played Qing Yao must have some kind of backer since she’s always there playing a supporting but visible character. Like Pretty Li Hui Zhen, ELOD and TBW 😆
