I love a good villain as much as anyone and by good, I mean well developed, layered and intelligent. They may not necessarily be evil and might even be misunderstood. If the portrayal is done well, the villainy would be further elevated and eventually imprinted onto my psyche.

Yes! I honestly thought Cheng Yi's best performance was in Promise of Chang'an, and those few episodes contain powerful scenes. But I gotta say, that drama was really depressing to watch lol

It was such great fun, right? The comments section felt like one big family and we were all laughing and crying together 😊
After that, we moved to Promise of Chang'an and we spent most of the time crying lol
