Agree! I think if this drama would've been more "realistic", almost everyone would actually have panic or anxiety disorders like Sanyoung's mom. Everyone found her annoying but I think she was the most realistic kinda. No way someone can live completely happily-ever-after after being through something like that.

Really good drama! Held me captive and on suspense all the episodes! Was one of the best airing dramas the last month. Acting was phenomenal by all leads and supportive cast as well. I found the ending satisfying even though the ghost was killed a little bit too "easily" for me... And if Hae Sang didn't hesitate to burn the finger it would've been over much quicker, but well nothing is perfect. They had to make a little suspense at the end. Actually I like that Gu Sanyoung was the one who saved herself in the end. It was cool how she did the control thing so that Hyangi actually kills herself just like how she killed her victims.
Don't come for me anti-romantics.... but no one can tell me there was no romance sparkle. Hong Sae definitely had and has a crush on Sanyoung. And writer intended it. Why would we get the snow and cherry blossoms scenes if they didn't intend to make it a tad romantic? It didn't just happen because the main leads have amazing chemistry. And it seemed Hong Sae visited the cafe shop regularly because she knew what he wanted to drink. So my shipper heart is satisfied lol I can run my imagination wild and see them dating in the future.
I have to say I really got a little crush on Hong Kyung in this drama haha xD His acting in Weak Hero Class was already remarkable and here I got to see a new side of him. Hope to see him in more awesome dramas in the future :)

For me that was not clues or future events/foreshadowing. Sanyoung literally saw glimpses of what the ghost is doing at that exact moment. Every time she saw those acts it was because the ghost was doing it at that moment.
That's why I thought it was weird that she saw that her mom is gonna get killed, because the ghost or its shadow couldn't have gone anywhere when she was in the Lines of Prohibitions nor did it show her foreshadowing deaths anywhere in the drama... For me that's clearly a plothole. That's why I'm wondering what made her panic and thinking her mom is gonna get killed...

I just skimmed through ep 2 again and I don't really see a preview of the grandmother hanging herself, but Sanyoung just starts seeing things when the shadow is gone and on its way to kill the grandmother. It's at time stamp 34:40 of ep 2.

That would be an interesting twist, but I can't really see it happen. Would be weird to have another long flashback of the real ghost in the last ep. And Grandmother wouldn't have panicked like that if it really wasn't the real name... or maybe she also didn't know the real name.
But I guess Hyangi ghost draws those pictures because she was so jealous of Sooryeong and her skills that she just copied her art...even while being a ghost. You could see how she changed her drawing after that teacher complimented and gave advice to Sooryeong.

But I thought Sanyoung just sees what the ghost is doing right now and not what it could do in the future and show her some illusions... did that happen somewhere in the drama before? As far as I remember she always just saw when the ghost was on her way to kill someone and when the ghost killed someone. Not showing her what COULD happen... I can't remember that happening before.
Yeah, it might be true, that the ghost is still harmful and you can't stop it anyway, but I'd at least try to prevent it or make it harder for it to hunt at night. If she would have been in an isolated room with Lines of Prohibitions and with no cell phone, she couldn't have started a fire in that room nor called the firestation.

In ep 11 when Hae Sang was almost killed in the metro, the ghost disappeared the moment Sanyoung was in the Lines of Prohibition again. But suddenly the ghost was capable of threatening her mom even tho she was still in the Lines of Prohibition? Also everyone says that the Ghost takes over at night, so they wait for the sunrise, but the Ghost was still capable to act even tho it was bright and during the day.
Also Sanyoung threatened to take her life if the ghost killed her mom. So would the Ghost really be dead if the possessed person is dead? But that doesn't make any sense, because the others, like Hae Sang's dad, his mom and Prof. Gu also died, or rather were killed by the ghost, but the ghost still lived on. Or does it mean when the possessed person commits suicide, then they could get rid of the ghost as well? Then why did none of the others try to kill themselves or threaten the ghost like that?
Also... the characters really kinda stupid somehow. They know that Sanyoung is dangerous, but still let her roam around freely all the time. They could've at least make an empty special room with Lines of Prohibitions, so they could lock up her at night at least.
Even tho I really like the drama, I don't understand the characters sometimes...
Okay, I don't care... call it toxic, but Xiang Liu all the way! lol Let it be my guilty pleasure to ship them. They just have the best scenes and development so far imo. The drama is long and there is even a season 2, but for now Xiang Liu has all of my shipping heart. Their scenes just hit different. The tension, the chemistry, everything is so exciting when they are together. Seeing him slowly fall in love with her is truly endearing. His gaze is full of love. His awkward head patting to comfort her was cute and funny haha
Tu Shan Jing is too much like a puppy so far. He follows her around and does everything she wants. He's happy when she acknowledges him and sad when she ignores him. He reminds me more of a young boy and his crush. His eyes are also full of love. Why do ALL the male leads have so mesmerizing melo eyes? *-* Seriously all of them have beautiful eyes! I'm curious how his character is gonna develop. I wish to see him speak more than two full sentences :D
For Cang Xuan, there wasn't anything romantic so far. I guess I just feel siblings vibe between them. Maybe because they are cousins I have a hard time seeing them romantically...
I never imagined I'd like this drama so much. Chinese dramas really hit different this year! :D
I'm on ep 20 now. It's actually really sad how less the real siblings care for Qiqi... I know he didn't grew up with them, but still, he is their real brother. If I would be Qiqi I would feel unwanted as well. No wonder he's so reserved and cautious. He gets pushed from family to the cousins' family and back as if he doesn't belong anywhere. I guess I have too much compassion for him and that's why this drama never felt really felt like a "heartwarming" family drama to me.
Seems like all the comments and reviews about their love and care for each other just describe the older siblings relationship. "The Bond" is just between the older siblings... but here I am... I just feel sad for Qiqi. I guess that's why I have a little grudge against all the other siblings. Until ep 20 we didn't even see a few interactions between him and his real siblings... just with Simei a little bit...
Ep 10 was really good! I'm excited for next week. I absolutely love our main leads dynamics. They are fun to watch when they are bickering XD But I really wanted to know what happened when Kang San met his gf of the past... they never showed anything after the revelation :( Would've liked a talk or a hug or whatsoever...
