Yeah I know what drama you’re talking about it’s been compared with this drama in the comment section a couple of times. I think he looks better in here than in there.

I agree I don’t see any other actress fitting for Bu Yin Lou’s role. No matter how beautiful or good their acting will be I still can’t picture anyone else other than Chen Yu Qi.

I like her acting in here. Idk why others don’t like her acting she’s doing great in my opinion. It’s just her eyes for me. I agree she can cry very well. The scene in front of her mother’s grave was very touching. The way she cried and fell into Xiao duo’s arms and held his arm saying she doesn’t have a mom and a home anymore got to me tearing up such a touching scene. And when she ate the cherries from the floor and cried muffling herself so she won’t be heard broke my heart. She too stabbed herself deeply not just Xiao duo. I’m not a fan of neither of them, but I love this drama.

He is an intense actor. It’s his eyes and eyebrows for me.

Lol I was going to mention Dylan’s eyes are big too but his are wayyyy different. I could feel his staring emotions through the screen (making me feel things lol) Chen YuQi’s is just like you said it’s emotionless and bland.

It’s a really good drama in my opinion but most of the scenes were deleted or some scene were put as flashbacks so it might not make sense. It depends on what you like in a drama but other than that Dylan Wang looks amaze balls in here like damn he looked better in here to me than being a demon (I didn’t watch any of his dramas btw this is my first time but I have seen pictures of his dramas) this drama of his was the only one that actually caught my attention on iqiyi. Once I saw the trailer, I knew I had to watch it.

The only problem I have with Chen Yu Qi is her eyes. She opens them so wide but other than that, her acting is okay and acceptable. I love Bu Yin Lou’s character she’s smart and daring. It’s rare to see a FL like her in ancient Chinese drama. At least she tries to figure things out without relying on Xiao Duo to come save her all the time (which he always does lol) but my point is she keeps herself alive before he comes, leaves out clues, fight back when he’s not there, or stands up for a friend. She doesn’t just sit there and cry or whine a baby. I believe her cleverness matches Xiao duo’s intelligence, ruthless, meticulous dark self. I love that they help each other out have each others back. She’s the only one who can bring out his soft side, the only one who can break him making him panic and lose his shit. She’s his safe place where he can be human again. She’s basically his freaking home there both each others home 😭 I love them. I love how this drama makes me feel all the emotional rollercoaster ride with the characters. This drama better have a good ending now that I read it having an unexpected ending. I invested my time and money on the damn vip on IQIYI and in return most of the intimate scenes were cut but their uncontrollably yearning love for each other can still be deeply felt to the core. Honestly, they would have hit 10000 heat index already if they didn’t delete those important scenes. 😩 this couple is driving me insane waiting 4 days is like 4,000 years.

The Chinese drama sleepless princess was like that. It’s an opened ending where it’s up to the viewers interpretation.

I haven’t seen reborn rich but it’s on my to watch list now I’m iffy on it. Lol My comment was actually for the consort’s dream. Haha if it really is her dream, I’m throwing cherries
