I agree with you. BFX is also showing her knowledge of politics from being a Princess. My take is that now that she knows HFX ‘s identity as the 2nd prince, she is able to help him with his affairs and military strategy.

I like the drama better because it has a bit more romance . I like a mix of romance, comedy, wuxia, politics and the mix in this drama suits me just fine but that’s my preference. Many of the dramas this year were rather draggy in the middle and I end up not finishing it or fast forwarding to the last 2 ep.

I believe she knows where he’s coming from. In ep 23, the lanterns floating on the river says ‘ I seek only to have your heart’ and HFX confirmed he set it up. BFX smiles happily and says ‘how thoughtful of you’ but he’d already left.

Episode 24 with English subs and good sound is now on YouTube. I have been watching on Dubuko.tv without eng subs. Since my Chinese is good enough to only understand about 70% of what is said, this is really helpful as Netflixis only up to ep 12. So, this is really helpful. Yay! Love that the middle is as exciting - no draggy parts.
